Muscat Half Day Tour and about Sunshine Tours, Oman. - Sunshine Tours is a terrific company to use in Oman. My wife and I used them for two airport transfers and a half day city tour of Muscat..
From my first contact point with Maymona in the office to Moosa with the airport transfers, everything went according to plan and time, very friendly people and professional.
Our half day city tour of Muscat with Siaf was fantastic. A great driver/guide. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He always had our best interests at heart and the tour is a great orientation of Muscat.
We would highly recommended them and we felt we got very good value too. The prices we agreed were honoured with no hassle involved at all. Great peace of mind. Next trip we will do some of the other tours especially involving hiking in the mountains.

Half Day Muscat Tour - This tour is absolutely fantastic! Sunshine tours provided confirmation of my pickup within several hours of me booking the trip and were very clear in their communications ahead of the trip. Mohammed provided extensive information at each stop (and as a solo traveler, he helped take many pictures for me!), which really added value to the experience. The vehicle was incredibly clean, well air conditioned, and supplied with cold water bottles. It was the perfect way to see some of the most visited attractions in Muscat when you are limited on time.

Amazing Tour with Mohammad - I went on a city tour with Sunshine Tours and Mohammad was my guide for the day. From the start, he arrived extremely promptly; as soon as I arrived to my pick up point, which was my hotel, he was already there waiting. We visited the Grand Mosque, which was so beautiful to see, Mohammad spoke about the history and how the mosque was made and the materials used. After that, we visited the Royal Opera House, which was so nice to see inside; lovely interior and decor. We then drove to have some delicious honey bread and karak tea, which was absolutely yummy!!! Really enjoyed the snack! We then drove to the Souk and checked out the markets, which were colourful and it was so busy, which was great to walk in. We also saw the palace and Mohammad drove to see some breathtaking mountainous views. I had such a good day and totally recommend this tour. Mohammad is a lovely guide, very friendly and kind and really nice and took plenty of photos!!!! Thank you very much for great memories and a wonderful day!!!

Courteous guide - We had booked a half-day tour of Muscat. We saw all the sights on this tour. Our guide Faisal accommodated our wishes. We were even able to try karaktee and Omani food. At the souq, he made sure that we were rarely spoken to and that we could just look around.

The beauties of Muscat - We went on the half-day tour of Muscat with Majid. It was fantastic, Majid showed us the highlights of Muscat in a relaxed manner. At the end of the tour we went to lunch together. Here too he chose typical Omani food. We knew Majid from the evening tour the night before through the illuminated Muscat. It was unforgettable how beautifully the buildings were lit up. Thank you very much, he opened our hearts to Muscat. We hope we meet again, somewhere in the world!

Thanks for the Memories 😄 - Based on the recommendation of a friend, I chose to do the Half Day city tour in Muscat upon arriving with my family from Abu Dhabi. (My family had traveled from Ireland). The whole experience from start to finish (airport pick up and hotel drop- off included) was flawless. our local tour guide Khalid was very friendly , kind and extremely knowledgeable of Muscat and Oman. We really enjoyed our Half- day trip of Muscat so much so that I decided to cancel my planned Wahiba Sands tour with another company and go with Sunshine tours again the following day.
Khalid again brought us to Wahiba Sands and to Wahdi Bani Khalid. Both day trips were very comfortable, not rushed and enjoyable. My parents in particular enjoyed the trips and are dying to come back to Oman again. Will be sure to book another Omani tour with Sunshine. Thanks so much 😄
