Fantastic day trip! - At first we was sceptical at how safe it would be crossing the border to Oman but we neednt have worried. You will not find another trip, value for money, food ,water sports, fishing, lovely friendly and caring crew who took such care of us with a hotel pick up and drop off included. We where taken out on a speed boat and banana boat at no extra charge. We went to a little beach where we where met by two friendly street dogs, so if your an animal lover like me take fresh cartoon of water from boat and some treats for the dogs. We saw a turtle whilst on the boat which we wasn't expecting and during fishing we saw a sting ray close up and it was a fun atmosphere when people caught fish. Nothing is rushed and we thoroughly enjoyed our day. I would recommend this trip for anyone, it's a long day but well worth the drive. Travel sickness tablets provided which is a bonus.

LONG day, lots of driving, but a fun day on the water! - I would recommend this trip to friends, but I would make sure they knew it took 3.5 hours to get to the boat dock and back to my hotel (including a toilet stop each way)! I was the first one picked up and nearly last dropped off. That said, if you like swimming and water sports, you’ll enjoy this day on the water. Breezy, a nice break from the city. Snorkeling was just okay, but I got to snorkel in the Gulf of Oman! I also got a banana boat ride. There were kayaks available as well as an opportunity to fish. We were able to swim at all stops and the water was perfect. The beach stop was a speedboat ride to a white sand beach. Not much there except the beach. No shade. This is optional. Juices, water, snacks, and a great buffet lunch were included. You can purchase fresh-caught shrimp if desired, but the buffet included chicken and fish. This is a dry trip, no alcohol is allowed the whole day. It was a long drive, a 13-hour day, but I enjoyed the day all-in-all!

5 Stars! - Decided to go on this trip solo and was not disappointed! The activities were very fun and I met a lot of cool people. The staff was extremely friendly and considerate. I could not have imagined going to Oman any other way. Only thing I would advise is if you are very sensitive to seasickness, be aware that there is a rocky ride ahead on the boat (around 40 minutes). They do provide seasick pills but I would recommend bringing your own in case you know a brand that works for you.

Relaxing Tour - This was a nice relaxing tour. If you like being on the water and water activities, this is definitely the tour for you. It was a nice way to get to Oman although, you don’t really see much of the country besides the ocean, it was still really nice. The food was quite tasty as well.

Cruise aboard the Dow - Tours where you can go to places you can't go very often. Enter Omani territory from north of Fujairah on the east coast, a three-hour drive from Dubai, and enjoy a variety of water activities at the inlet, a 40-minute ride on a dhow boat. The ocean is not very clear, but you can snorkel and see tropical fish. The curry I ate in the sea breeze was delicious. There are waves, so the boat shakes. The staff will stop you from getting drunk, but it may be hard for people who get drunk easily.

Fun quick day trip from Dubai - Really nice day trip of fun in the sun! I needed to be able to get into water as the water in Dubai has been too warm and this was a nice escape. I especially loved the speedboat activities

Long drive, but fun day on the water! - I was the first person picked up, so I was on the bus 3.5 hours before we got to the boat dock in Oman. Luckily, there was a toilet stop each way. The boat trip was fun and being in the water was a lot cooler than the temps in town. The snorkeling was just meh, but it is cool to say I’ve been snorkeling in Oman! There were kayaks, ample swimming time, an opportunity to fish if you wanted, an optional boat ride to a nearby beach (nothing there and no shade, so I didn’t stay long), and a banana boat ride! Snacks were provided on board and the lunch buffet was great! The staff were friendly and helpful. If you like being on the water and water sports, you’ll enjoy this trip!

Avoid at all costs! - There were multiple issues with the cruise, that when combined, would result in me strongly not recommending this trip to anyone. I will list these below… - The drive from Dubai to Oman lasted almost 4 hours. This was on a small minibus with ineffective air conditioning. All passengers were continuously attempting to get some form of airflow, without success. There were no drinks available throughout the duration of this horrendous journey! - Communication was nonexistent, this resulted in no one knowing what was happening. For example, we stopped on a number of occasions, however, we didn’t know why, or for how long. This only happened when travelling to Oman. - The location for the cruise was far from impressive. The Musandam was overcrowded and raced to the destination, leaving passengers feeling seasick. - On the return journey from Oman to Dubai, there were no stops. My wife was sick on two occasions, and has been unwell since our return. In summary, please don’t consider this cruise unless you would like to spend almost 8 hours on a minibus, with nonexistent air conditioning, to arrive at a non inspiring location.
