Comprehensive Look at the Sacred Valley - Everything promised was delivered, on time. On schedule, all POI's were visited. Guide was very knowledgeable and spoke very good clear English. This single day tour with the time spent at each site is pretty much all you need to cover the Sacred Valley. We did add on the Pisac ruins the next day on our transfer back to Cusco.

Exceptional experience! - Cusco local friend was exceptional! They picked us up promptly from our hotel in Ollantaytambo. Our guide Ferdinand was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, we learned so much at all of the Sacred Valley sites! Our lunch was delicious. We were surprised to visit an alpaca farm and cooperative of beautiful garments made of alpaca as well. I had forgotten my hat at the cooperative and the next day, Ferdinand went out of his way to bring my hat to me in Cusco. Also shout out to Willy our wonderful driver! Could not recommend more highly!

Private tour Chinneron, Maras Moray Sacred Valley - A very warm heartfelt tour. Ricardo was friendly and very informative. Raphael is a good driver and pick us up at nearest point. Although this tour is more expensive as it is private, it is worthwhile as guide knows history and we can move according to our own pace.

Don’t miss the Sacred valley. - Great tour of the Sacred Valley with Abraham who was an incredible tour guide. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We came away with a renewed appreciation for the Inca Civilization: feats of agriculture and engineering and artistry.

Great tour of Machu Picchu and the Sacred Valley - The logistics of visiting Machu Picchu and other Inca sites in the Sacred Valley are complicated and you want some experienced people taking you around. We achieved that by hiring Cusco Local Friend, who managed a four-day private tour for us. They handled everything except our plane and hotel reservations and did it very efficiently. We also liked the quality of our guide, Abraham, and driver, Willy. Abraham displayed enormous knowledge and enthusiasm as he explained Inca history and culture, much enriching our appreciation for the places we visited. Willy, in turn, proved a safe and careful driver as we navigated often difficult roads in the Sacred Valley. We couldn't have asked for a more professional, competent team!

It's the GUIDE That Makes The Experience - It was two days that changed my life. The WEALTH of information about history, culture, and geography cannot be found in a book, only in someone who has LIVED it and knows it like they grew up there. That's what Cusco Local Friend gave my wife and I during two full days of private touring of Sacred Valley, Urubamba, Ollantaytambo, and even some surprise bonuses. I'm confident that all their tours are great but our guide, Ferdinand was exceptionally great. He's like a professor of the Sacred Valley. In excellent command of the English language, he explained the history, culture, and geography of the areas we visited in a way that I never would have gotten anywhere else. Why did the Incas build here? HOW did they build it? What did they believe about life and death? Where do locals buy their food? Why was this place so sacred to ancient Incas? What were they experimenting with at Moray? There were so many questions expertly answered that I now feel like a professor of Inca culture too! (well, not quite) Ferdinand even surprised us with bonus stops at the local food market, an Alpaca Ranch, and suggested the best places for lunch along the way. If you're heading to Sacred Valley, I would INSIST that you book with Cusco Local Friend and ask for Ferdinand, if he isn't already booked up because he must be in great demand. Disclaimers - There is a LOT of hiking and stair climbing. This is not for someone who isn't in good shape. We flew in from Lima and the altitude got to me for the first half of the day. Drink some cocoa tea, go slowly, drink plenty of water, and eat lightly. Or, book your trip for the second day after arrival. Don't get right off the plane like I did. The weather changes often. Wear layers of clothing and bring a rain coat. Bring good hiking shoes. It may be raining one minute, and then hot and sunny the next. (April) The roads are in rough shape and the hour-plus car rides can get a bit bouncy. If you are prone to motion sickness, bring your meds. All that being said, I survived all the disclaimers because I was PREPARED and wound up having the time of my life.

Pablo is the absolute BEST! - Our guide, Pablo, was the best! He met us at our hotel in Ollantaytambo for the Absolute Sacred Valley full-day tour. He was on time and flexible after letting him know we had already explored the ruins there, making time at the end of the day for a stop at Manos de la Comunidad to see llamas and alpacas. He was excellent at providing information and answering all of our questions along the way. At the end of this tour, we ended up requesting him as a guide for our next two tours to Palcoyo Mountain and Lake Humantay. We were thrilled to have him with us and he took extra care when hiking with us, understanding the need to take our time. He also provided trekking poles for one of us during the hike to Lake Humantay, which was challenging. We enjoyed getting to know Pablo and felt completely at ease with him during our tours.

Incredible Experience - This was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Peru. We got picked up in Urubamba and dropped off in Cusco which was really convenient. Along the way we stopped by the market in Urubamba, fed a pack of guinea pigs, saw the Ollantaytambo Sanctuary, Moray, Maras Salt Mines, and stopped by Chinchero to learn about traditional textile weaving. The views of the mountains during the trip are also incredible. This tour made everything very easy for us in regards to pickup/drop-off, food, entrance fees, etc. I also cannot speak highly enough of our tour guide, Ferdinand. His english is outstanding and he is extremely knowledgable of Incan/Peruvian history which really enhanced our experience. Would recommend this to anyone visiting Peru!

Comfortable Tour through the Sacred Valley - Edwin Cusi was a wonderful guide. Ask for him. He was very knowledgeable and had good humor the whole tour. We did a 2 day private tour of sacred valley: Pisac, Moray, Maras, and Ollataytambo. Edwin was good at making a schedule that accommodated for weather and crowds. There was plenty of time and space to enjoy each site. There were only the 2 of us on this private tour, but this could definitely be great for families or groups of 4-5 as well. Worth a mention as well was Elvis, the driver, who was incredibly skilled at navigating the rough roads in certain areas. He was also very amicable and polite.

Fabulous Guide Percy - We had a great experienced guide, Percy, who added lots of depth to everything we visited. My wife wasn't feeling well so they stopped ata pharmacy to buy meds. We shortened the tour for her and they were very accommodating and then arranged a comfortable car for our return to Lima the next day
