- Oliver Lab - Rum Experience, by Taino Gourmet - Our rum tasting experience features a partnership with the expert Romeliers at Oliver and Oliver, who will guide you through a selection of premium rums aged for 25 years or more. During the tasting, you’ll have the opportunity to sample a range of exquisite liquors, including but not limited to Cubaney Centenario, Unhiq XO, Opthimus, and Punta Cana XOX.
The program includes an exploration of the rich history of rum and the Oliver and Oliver House, as well as an overview of the Solera Method used to craft these exceptional rums. You’ll also learn about the essential components of rum, including molasses and sugar cane, and gain a deeper appreciation for the art and science of rum-making.

Great Experience - Wendel was a great host. He taught us the history of the company and the different rums. We also learned how to look at the colors, smell the flavors, and read the tear drops. This rum tasting was very informative. I would recommend it to others.

Delightful - This tour was incredible!!! The rum was delicious and the way they have you pair it with different things like cheese, grapes, chocolate, salt, honey … everyone had a different flavor experience with each of the pairings and our tour guide was very knowledgeable! Also the little shop was cute but the prices were a bit high and in US dollars so didn’t buy much.

You won’t leave sober 😜 - We wanted to do something a little different and this was perfect. Felix was our host and he was so knowledgeable and so much fun 🤩
I don’t want to spoil it for anyone but the pairing of the rums and how they can taste totally different will blow your mind. There is also a shop and cafe on site. The prices were so much more reasonable than the resorts. So do take some extra funds for any souvenirs you might want to get.
We did leave a tad tipsy, but what would you expect from drinking some of the best rums in the world.

Absolutely Awesome Rum Experience!!!! - Amazing! Amazing! Amazing!
Our group had a blast with the rum tasting! To learn the rich history of this brand made it even more special. Wendell, our expert, was fabulous! I might become a rum drinker after this! Also the shop where the tasting is located is great! You can pick up souvenirs and do other tastings while there. We cannot rave about this tour enough. Book this! You won’t regret it!

You should go. A lot of fun! - Very informative and enjoyable! Who knew there was so much to learn about rum? And, I’m so glad we got to tour the shop for souvenirs before the class.

Must Do - Great experience. It wasn’t that far from where me and my girlfriend was staying at plus it’s not that long and our guide was great. Definitely recommend.
