Best large group excursion! - This was such a fun excursion stop on our cruise. Right from the beginning the staff was friendly, accommodating, and so helpful. We got to see quite a bit of the island on the way to the location which was fun. Then the kayaking, though short, was really neat and the snorkeling was the best I’ve ever seen! So many different varieties of fish! The staff is really what made this special. They took such good care of us and I felt so safe the entire time and like they really cared about us having the best experience. The lunch they provided was great and we enjoyed talking to the staff and learning more about them. Really can’t say enough good about this experience.

Fun time! - Double kayaks. Kayak through mangrove to beach on the ocean. Motorboat out to a reef to snorkel. After some finger food. Kayak back to start. Snorkeling good. Lots of fish.

Great 1/2 day experience kayaking and snorkelling - Great half day . Pick up all smooth and could not have been more helpful . Sawanda ( hope I have spelled it right) our guide was lovely, informative, reassuring and good fun
. Very safe little kayak through the mangroves was beautiful. Then the boat out - captain ? Jessop( apologies I am not great with names) really safe hands - beautiful reef although we had fairly big waves but all very safe. Will go back ! Great snacks . Good for a family outing or alone . Remember mosquito repellent for the way back . Would go again - learnt about the area .

Great adventure excursion! - Great trip! Picked us up from cruise port (cruise was delayed and they were so accommodating)! Fun and information ride by Teri to the kayak launch! Kayak trip was great through the mangroves and then went snorkeling! Guides stayed with entire group in the water and assisted everyone in/out of the water and with equipment. Boat captain was very safe! Nice lunch/ drink in between. This was one of the best adventure trips we have done! Thank you SOCOHO

Had an amazing experience... - Had an amazing experience with SoCoHo. Turned out it was just us two on the tour so it felt like a private tour.
Alexis was a great tour guide in the safari keep. Even made a detour stop at a beach as we had some time to kill.
When we got to the mangroves, Swande was most helpful with the kayaks - from the briefing to getting us out to sea for the snorkelling.
We got to see lots of sea life! The captain was also very knowledgeable and accommodating.
I wouldn’t hesitate to book this experience again - the whole team’s hospitality is second to none!

Better than cruise ship shore excursion - The island is beautiful. Our driver was great. Entire family enjoyed the tour. Kayak portion was OK, but snorkeling portion was absolutely amazing. Much better than tours we booked on cruise ship.

Do THIS in St. Lucia - This was a nice half day experience! It felt so intimate (it was only us and another couple) so we got personalized attention, both on the round trip ride (~1 hr) and during the activities.
Being completely transparent, I cannot swim a lick, so when the rest of the group went on towards the deeper reef and I was struggling, our boat driver—Jensen—stayed behind with me to help me experience the best of snorkeling in the waters around the boat.
After kayaking and snorkeling, we enjoyed unlimited rum punch and water and a small selection of homemade snacks (i.e. banana bread, pimento cheese sandwiches, veggie croquette). Truth be told, I like kayaking more than snorkeling, so I wish there was more kayaking through the beautiful mangroves. However, all in all, this is a great excursion that you can book for yourself (ditch the cruise ship excursion this day!) and get the best of both outdoor experiences.

Kayak and snorkeling tour - Staff was very nice and knowledgeable. We did not get to go snorkeling because of rough seas, but we’re offered extra kayak time and a boat ride out to a swimming spot. The kayaking was lovely, but swim time was short and not much of a beach to hang out on.

HALF DAY TOUR/ADVENTURE - SNORKELING
Snorkeling was an unforgettable experience! The water was crystal clear, and the marine life was incredible — coral reefs and colorful fish.
1. Swande Thomas was our guide and Alex our boat driver. Both enjoyed talking and sharing about Antigua, and were knowledgeable and snorkeling, making it easy to feel safe and relaxed.
2. The water was fairly peaceful and it was cool to explore such natural beauty up close.
3. Knowledge of snorkeling is required prior to visiting. Water is approximately 8-10 feet, so there is no practicing once out of the boat.
KAYAKING
Kayaking through the mangroves were cool and relaxing.
1. Stirring the kayak was easy, and Swande explained it well.
2. Mangroves provided a lot of shade from the sun.
IMPROVEMENT
Communication prior to the visit could have been better.
A must-try for anyone who loves adventure.
