Entertained all day - It was a fun filled day. We were entertained before, during and after Dunn’s river visit. Well organized!

Lunch wasn’t the best..... - Lunch wasn’t the best.. too spicy and no drinks included. But overall everything else good and a lot of fun on the catamaran.

Jamaica, No Problem! - My sister and I really enjoyed the Catamaran. We were able to socialize with other travelers. Marco was so informative , helpful and patient during the snorkeling excursion. The drinks on the boat were fire and the guides at Dunn’s were friendly and made sure we all remained safe while climbing the falls.

Dunns River Falls - It was great, amazing, thrilling and fun! Everyone should climb the falls at least once in their lifetime. The guides as well as photographers were helpful as well as professional!

CHUKKA party boat - We had an amazing trip with Chukka last Tuesday, the 13th of May 2025!! The staff was very welcoming and vibing all the way through the trip!!!
It was an amazing experience to do snorkelling in a beautiful location and climbing the dunns River. There's nothing better than finishing this with rum punch in a party boat with Javuan AKA Vybez as a Dj!! We learned some jamaican moves!!

Good Day Out - Guide and bus driver were fab, most of the boat crew were in good spirits, shame about the bar staff, you were lucky to get a smile out of them.
Dunns river falls was a amazing, I would definitely recommend, make sure you use the guides, they were amazing, The videographer was fab too.
We bought the video and photos and received them within 24hrs.

CATAMARAN CHUKKA PARTY BOAT - BEWARE OF PHOTOGRAPHERS
It’s been over 36 hours and I still have not received the photos that I paid for for the catamaran party boat tour it’s very upsetting that I get back to my home state and still do not have those pictures sent to my email nor my WhatsApp after paying for them if you guys are going to make us pay for them even if we dont like all of those or not we deserve our pictures right there as well or at least our email within the next 4 to 6 hours especially since they send you all the pictures even if you only want one to be 36 hours And still don’t have anything it’s very disturbing and very upsetting because that ruined the whole tour although I had a great time but beware of the photographers I still have not received my photos and they have my phone number and my WhatsApp and nothing so ……

Poor organisation, ran out of snorkel gear, no lunch - Disorganised,chaotic and nowhere near as good as on Cool Runnings (a similar experience by a different company which we did a few years ago)
Chukka Staff not that friendly, queued across the boat for over 20 minutes while they sorted everyone snorkel gear and as we were ready to get in the water only to be told that there were no flippers left (men’s size 9 so not unusually large and size 12). We were told the current was strong and that we shouldn’t go in the water unless we were strong swimmers (that was before they told us there were not enough fins)
We booked through TUI and were dropped off at a shopping village next door where we had to wait for half an hour to fill in disclaimers and then be told we had to wait a further hour before being taken to the boat. Not sure if that is part of the chukka experience or a TUI add on. By the time we had arrived at the falls there were so many people we had to queue in a line across the beach in the baking heat. When we had finished and got back to the beach there was no queue so the staff could’ve timed it better. Lunch was served at about 4/4.30pm (not really lunchtime is it?!) We needed lunch before the alcohol. Having not eaten since 8am and being starved of lunch after an energetic excursion the fruit punch went straight to my head and I fell on the deck. Not very safety conscious.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE ! 0 VALUE ! - Don't waste your money. Disorganized. Customer service is a big 0 . Snorkeling is a joke !
