Great experience. The crew, tour guide, and of course the falls were amazing and made the experience one of a kind - Don’t miss this excursion, you will have the time of your life. You get to do all of the things you want to do out of the country but in one trip. You see the beautiful island, get to meet the amazing hospital people of Jamaica, and you get to go on an incredible adventure to the top of the falls which is hard to beat.

Dunns river falls staff are amazballs!! - This was a fabulous day the staff on the boat were brilliant and the guide at the falls, Philip Henry and the photographer Patrick we’re just amazing can’t thank them enough. Don’t get caught out by a chap selling wooden carving though! Would recommend this trip wholeheartedly… 🫣

Lunch wasn’t the best..... - Lunch wasn’t the best.. too spicy and no drinks included. But overall everything else good and a lot of fun on the catamaran.

Jamaica, No Problem! - My sister and I really enjoyed the Catamaran. We were able to socialize with other travelers. Marco was so informative , helpful and patient during the snorkeling excursion. The drinks on the boat were fire and the guides at Dunn’s were friendly and made sure we all remained safe while climbing the falls.

CATAMARAN CHUKKA PARTY BOAT - BEWARE OF PHOTOGRAPHERS
It’s been over 36 hours and I still have not received the photos that I paid for for the catamaran party boat tour it’s very upsetting that I get back to my home state and still do not have those pictures sent to my email nor my WhatsApp after paying for them if you guys are going to make us pay for them even if we dont like all of those or not we deserve our pictures right there as well or at least our email within the next 4 to 6 hours especially since they send you all the pictures even if you only want one to be 36 hours And still don’t have anything it’s very disturbing and very upsetting because that ruined the whole tour although I had a great time but beware of the photographers I still have not received my photos and they have my phone number and my WhatsApp and nothing so ……

Poor organisation, ran out of snorkel gear, no lunch - Disorganised,chaotic and nowhere near as good as on Cool Runnings (a similar experience by a different company which we did a few years ago)
Chukka Staff not that friendly, queued across the boat for over 20 minutes while they sorted everyone snorkel gear and as we were ready to get in the water only to be told that there were no flippers left (men’s size 9 so not unusually large and size 12). We were told the current was strong and that we shouldn’t go in the water unless we were strong swimmers (that was before they told us there were not enough fins)
We booked through TUI and were dropped off at a shopping village next door where we had to wait for half an hour to fill in disclaimers and then be told we had to wait a further hour before being taken to the boat. Not sure if that is part of the chukka experience or a TUI add on. By the time we had arrived at the falls there were so many people we had to queue in a line across the beach in the baking heat. When we had finished and got back to the beach there was no queue so the staff could’ve timed it better. Lunch was served at about 4/4.30pm (not really lunchtime is it?!) We needed lunch before the alcohol. Having not eaten since 8am and being starved of lunch after an energetic excursion the fruit punch went straight to my head and I fell on the deck. Not very safety conscious.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE ! 0 VALUE ! - Don't waste your money. Disorganized. Customer service is a big 0 . Snorkeling is a joke !
