Boat ride snorkeling & waterfall - The whole experience was great and so much fun. Snorkeling was tiring but beautiful. Climbing the falls was so fun, and it was so pretty. The boat ride was such a good time and the drinks were great

Wonderful Time! - The entire team on the Catamaran Cruise were wonderful! Safety is the #1 goal, directly followed by having fun. Moses helped my wife so much up the Dunn's River Falls. Such a kind and caring man!

FUN TIMES!!! - We went to Jamaica for a wedding. Had the most amazing time!! Besides the wedding the Catamaran cruise was the best part of the trip. We got to snorkel, swim, climb Dunn's river falls, lunch at Margaritaville, then dance party while cruising Runaway Bay. The staff was so friendly, the DJ was awesome - he had everyone up dancing. Hats off to the Captain, he was a great navigator. Can't wait for another visit!!!

Fun excursion - We really enjoyed the cruise,snorkeling, and Dunn's river fall was amazing. Looking forward to doing it again the next time we visit Jamaica. The cree and guides were friendly and helpful.

Dunn's River Falls - We had an amazing time on this Catamaran. The hike up the falls was breathtaking, Big Foot led us up and he couldn't have been nicer. The Catamaran "after" party was the finale and that too was amazing. The Captain Big P was excellent, made sure we were safe and the DJ made sure we had a good time. The only downside were the women on the boat (bartenders) rude and had zero personality.

Dunns Falls Catamaran - This excursion I was a little worried about for myself anyway and being able to climb the falls, but they were amazing and nothing like I expected. The tour guides made it very fun and were very helpful. The catamaran ride was the greatest with the best crew members ever. Would definitely recommend this excursion to everyone!

Great cruise but rude onshore staff - Excellent trip with the snorkelling, Dunns River and fantastic cruise back with a great party atmosphere.
All the crew went above and beyond to to make sure we had a memorable trip.
Would definitely recommend this trip but why only 4 starts.
Well the staff at the reception area were some of the most rude and unhelpful people I have ever met.
I was told that I had not been listening that i did not know our coach driver and then six other people came up and said that they had not been told either and they were spoken to so rudely I was on the point of walking out!
Very poor onshore customer service

Entertaining, lots and lots of waiting around. - We were told only to bring sunscreen, no mention of water shoes. They first bring you to a village and make you wait forever, the shops there are overpriced. You get on the boat and you are quickly hurried to snorkel, only a half hour, my mask was broken. The falls are spectacular, but bring water shoes or buy theirs… they only serve booze after you leave the falls and go back to the marina.
You are taken back to the expensive village where you get to eat lunch , at 3pm. We got back to the resort at 6pm.
I give it three stars because we did enjoy it, the dj and guys were fun. We have done this type of snorkeling cruise in other places and this by far was the most bizarre experience.

Drunk fest disappointing - Snorkel trip was 30-minutes in and out. No time spent helping getting into water and mask adjusted. Also very limited fish viewing. Crew had to bait fish to come by for viewing using fish food! Dunns River Falls was fun however paid $40 USD for a video/photo only to not receive it via email. Party boat back to starting point was a 30min all you can drink feast with country music blaring. Majority of the people onboard were so drunk they could hardly get off the boat!
