Dunn’s Falls trip 2024 - We had a wonderful time with our guide Pete. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the region. He accommodated to our plans and offered great suggestions. Would definitely recommend this tour.

Cruise stop in Jamaica - We had an amazing time in Jamaica. The company was great at communicating and confirming t the booking details, they connected with us a day before our tour to make sure that everything was on schedule with our cruise. Our driver Jason our was in time, friendly and took great care of my family. Gave us some history about Jamaica as we were driving to the Blue Hole location, one there, he connected us with our tour guide at the falls, who was very fun, and guided us through the falls and made us feel very safe and comfortable. We then proceeded to the Dunns Hills, again Jason took care of the lines and getting us entrance to the park ( fee not included in the tour cost) Dunns falls are gorgeous, Jason was there waiting for us until we were done and even came to the rescue when we were short a couple of $$ to tip our guide at the falls, our last stop was a Jamaican lunch that was delicious, again Jason helped with skipping the lines and getting us great service, he seems to know everyone at all the locations which is great. He got us back to the cruise terminal on time and safely, I would 100% recommend them in your next visit to Jamaica!!! Thank you for an amazing fun adventure in Jamaica!!

Navar is the best! - What impressed me most was their punctuality. Navar was our driver and he arrived right on time, making my arrival smooth and stress-free. It was such a relief to know I wouldn’t have to wait around after a long flight. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, providing a perfect setting to unwind and reflect on my travels.
Communication throughout the entire process was exemplary. The company kept me informed every step of the way—confirmation emails, updates on the driver’s arrival, and clear instructions on where to meet. This level of transparency made me feel secure and well taken care of. Navar was not only courteous but also very knowledgeable about the area. He engaged in pleasant conversation, sharing local insights and recommending places to visit during my stay. It was clear he genuinely cared about ensuring I had the best experience possible.
Overall, I highly recommend this transport service for anyone traveling to the area. Their professionalism, reliability, and friendly service truly exceeded my expectations. I will definitely use them again on my next trip!

Cruise Port, Family Experience - This was an amazing tour! We booked through Ultimate Excursions during our day in Port on our last cruise. 3 adults, 3 kids (9,7,5). Our driver Peter met us in the Port, he was so kind and very knowledgeable, he answered all of the kids silly questions. The van had seat belts and was very comfortable for our 1.5 hour drive to and from the port. Peter specifically recommended a tour guide at the Blue hole and he was amazing with the kids! Called him self the babysitter and made sure everyone was safe. We had a fantastic time here, the water was a bit chilly but WAY worth it! Dunns River Falls was an adventure! The 5 year old got tired of climbing about half way up but everyone else made it! It was definitely a work out! We were able to leave our towels, extra clothes, water, phones and anything we didn't want to get wet in the van safely locked away from everyone else. The kids slept the whole way back to Port. Would definitely recommend this company! We will absolutely use them again!

Full day excursion - The driver was awesome. Was on time and patiently waited as we did both excursions. He took photos and videos of us while we were at both places. The company had a personal rep at Blue Hole which made it easy to check in and get started. The driver was kind enough to stop on the way back at a local restaurant to allow us to get something to eat. He also gave us lots of details about the country that was very informative. Would definitely recommend this company!

Enjoyed it - Our family enjoyed this tour. Transport vehicle had AC and was very clean. Driver was professional and explained sights along the way. The Blue hole was our favorite part of our excursion.
