My tour lady meika was... - My tour lady meika was very nice and I love her personality my only problem was the agent I spoke to didn’t give me the right information he made me pay a 180 dollars for a ride when I sit on the phone for 37 minutes to get a all inclusive and when I get to meike she told me we only pay for a ride

Never dealing with Mek’s travels again - I don’t know they didn’t pick us up In Jamaica Meeka travels an I have not got my money back yet either

MEKA TOURS LIES AND IS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL - I booked my clients on this tour at least 2 weeks in advance, they arrived at the port this morning and no one was there to pick them up. Client contacted Meka with Meka Tours, she was told that her reservation was cancelled. My client informed Meka that her reservation was never cancelled, Meka then tells her that she had tried to reach out to her to confirm via WhatsApp and there was no response. I called Meka directly who told me the same thing that she’d sent my client a text via WhatsApp and she tried calling her to confirm the booking, when I asked Meka for a screenshot of the messages she tells me that they were deleted, then she says that she actually only sent my client a confirmation of her booking, my client sent me a screenshot of the ONLY MESSAGE she received from Meka and it only says “THANK YOU FOR BOOKING WITH MEKA TOURS” As I’m explaining this to Meka (THE OWNER) She says to me “WELL IT IS WHAT IT IS, YOU DO WHATEVER YOU WANT TO DO)! Then HUNG UP ON ME, this is not good customer service and I Will NEVER BOOK WITH MEKA TOURS AGAIN also as a travel agent I am going to contact VIATOR and inform them of the lies that MEKA TELLS as well as her lack of PROFESSIONALISM!! I will be advising my over 10,0000 travel agents to make sure not to book their clients with MEKA TOURS!!’

Off to a Horrible Start in Jamaica! - This price does not include the excursions, transportation only and it is false advertisement! Meka was ok, but I booked for exactly what the title says and paid $184.00 and they thought I was going to allow that for a ride-absolutely not! I was refunded but had to withdraw more money than I brought off of the ship due to NONE of the excursions listed being covered in the price I paid!
