Great experience - Great experience! fun but challenging without help
Of tour guide it would have been harder the first part of the climbs was harder once you got over the hard part it was better. the guide was a big help I wouldn’t have did this tour unguided

Amazing thanks to Sandra - It was super fun and unique. Mama Sunshine (Sandra) guided us through the organization, she was amazing! You’ll be in excellent hands with her. We didnt have to worry during the excursions

Tours - When we arrived we didn’t know what we wanted to do regarding tours. We sat down with nexus tours and Natoya she was so knowledgeable in all aspects of the tours what goes together and was the most popular. fabulous Natoya did not rush us made us feel right at home she was a breathe of fresh air. She was the most likeable, comfortable always smiling made us laugh. any issues she was there at first hand to help. if anyone is coming or looking to book tours check out Nexus tours and ask for Natoya she will be able to accommodate all your needs. When I return in October I’m hoping to see her so I can book more tours.

Amazing Experience - Our experience with Nexus tours was AMAZING and spectacular! From the transportation leaving the airport, to our stay at the resort was fantastic. “Mama Sandra” who was our “go to” person at the resort made our stay memorable with the excursion she helped us with along with her persona and manners was outstanding. Thank you Nexus Tours and Mama Sandra for making our stay memorable.

Amazing Excursion - We purchased a Dunns Fall excursion thru Courtney and Nakeshia, reps at Riu Palace Aquarelle. My children are 19, 12, and 5 and we all had a fantastic experience!! I opted to take the dry route with the youngest and we were able to meet the older kids for photos in the falls. The transport from the resort was longer be we had to pick up others from their resorts along the way, be sure to eat breakfast before departing. The lunch was great at. Margaritaville, but definitely bring snacks be the prices on the yacht at a bit high. Buy a Jamaican patty, so delicious! Bring water shoes bc you can't enter the falls without, you can purchase at excursion check in point in Ocho Rios. You can't take your phone on the falls but the photographers are energetic and capture pictures through the. route, the package was $40 for all the pictures. The vibe was amazing, friendly and entertaining!! Snorkeling was cool! Although it's open bar, alcohol isn't served until the route back for safety reasons. Listen, those rum punches had all of the adults buzzed! Highly recommend!!

Catamaran Tour for Snorkeling and Dunn's River Falls - Cool Runnings Snorkel/ Dunn's River Cruise. It was challenging but fun climbing Dunn's River. We made it to the top! Only water shoes were allowed for climbing the falls. If you didn't have any they sold them on the bus. It was unfortunate that the "party" was only for the 25 min trip from Dunn's River back to the bus. It would have been nice to know that the trip to Snorkel/Dunn's River would take approximately 2 hours due to pickups and the distance from Mo Bay to Ochos Rios. The trip back to the resort was longer due to us returning during their "rush hour". J.R and Diane were great. Diane provided great historical information on Jamaica during our ride to the catamaran. Lunch was provided. It was okay. As a recap, we were picked up at our resort around 10:15 a.m. and got back to our resort around 7pm

Loved Dunns river falls. Allow extra time. Check viator portal for pickup time - Great expedition but need to allow all day. Not the advertised 1/2 day or 4 hours. We chose 1/2 day and were picked up at our hotel (secrets st James Montego Bay) at 8:05. Got back to hotel at 4pm. Our tour guide said it was normal timing.
You will need to check your viator portal or email for pickup timing as your ticket says 10:30 but every hotel has a different p/u time. I also didn’t realize we were climbing up the falls. I thought I was just “viewing the falls”. I enjoyed it and is perfect for active families. Would’ve been impossible with my parents (in their 70’s) or with any kids younger than 7 or 8. Lots of slippery spots and rushing water making it likely to fall. A very fun experience but must be physically fit .

Rip off! - I booked a half a day tour while on the bus at the first stop. The group is told the tour would go till 6:30 PM. I attempted to contact someone while I was in Jamaica via both text and phone call unsuccessfully. I didn’t contacted this tour company via email and they acknowledged that the tour was not as advertised. I’ve yet to receive my refund. This company is shady at best and do not recommend.. including the communication email from this company.

Don't book with Nexus - Absolutely terrible experience. Nexus rep was uneducated about the limitations of the excursion, causing my group of four to not be able to go. Now it's been almost a month and still fighting to get my $800 back. It's been "in the final stages" with their finance dept for weeks and it doesn't look promising.
