• After being picked up in a clean, fully air-conditioned van from the cruise port or hotel in the Ocho Rios area, your driver/guide will share insights about the history and culture of the Jamaican people. The drive will take you through the town center, and upon arrival at the waterfalls, your guide will escort you to the ticket office to obtain your gate passes. Once you have your gate passes, you will walk approximately 150 meters to the guide station, where a falls guide will be assigned to lead your tour. The actual hike up the waterfalls takes about 45 minutes to an hour, depending on traffic. After the hike, guests will exit the falls, meet up with their driver, and head back to the pick-up location. The duration of this tour activity is approximately 2 1/2 to 3 hours, depending on the pick-up location in Ocho Rios.
