Wonderful 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - A must on your to do list! Absolutely fabulous! So much fun and the crew are amazing. We had such a blast scuba diving. Divided into groups so everyone was safe and sound as there were several instructors. My instructor what he’d over me from begin to end and went out of his way to make sure my experience was beep pleasant. The driver was friendly as well. Promo and curious. The music was great. Really a good vibe the whole time.

On A Catamaran cruise - I recently took the Catamaran cruise in Ocho Rios and was very impressed in a number of ways seeing that I am someone that worked in the BPO industry and had worked for the Island Routes contact centre before.
I strongly believe that Island Routes need to do more to pay their staff better. As a Jamaican I felt a bit awkward about the number of times, tipping was being mentioned.
The staff was extremely professional in how they carried out their tasks and the trip was fun to some degree BUT again, it's difficult to provide a 5 star review to a team that mention tipping for too many times.
As a Jamaican, I recognized that the tour was more geared towards an American audience. The food was horrible. After climbing a 960 feet water fall no one wants to eat chicken tenders and nachos.
The alcohol selection was also off. I am a Vodka and Tequila person with Soda water, that option seemed to be a dream.
I was forced to share food for the tour guide from the Dunns river tour. That was also unprofessional and I should never have been forced into that position.
Again, Island Routes need to pay their staff much better. There is an island wide strike because hotel and hospitality workers are not being compensated properly.
The staff had been professional and good at what they do, but the constant mention of tipping, made me feel very uncomfortable especially seeing that I had limited cash due to being on a water sport activity.
I will do another tour in another parish and I am hoping that it is better else I will choose the competition. The staff is awesome but again, I am sure that Island routes is not paying them well.
This is you are reading this, please tip, it goes a long way.
The phone is horrible as well and is only suitable for white people.
The experience was 1 star but I'll give it a 5 star because of the staff. Adama Stewart needs to do better

The best time!! - My husband and I took this excursion to Dunn’s River Falls on our Anniversary trip to Jamaica. We had such a wonderful time and it was so beautiful. Plus these guys are a really fun time! I highly recommend signing up for it and I would go again in a heartbeat. Akeem was exceptional at taking care of us and being our tour guide when snorkeling. Just go! You won’t regret it.

Dunns falls - We were staying at Sandals Dunns river resort and booked this tour. We had a 15min drive to Sandals Ochi. We arrived and quickly signed in and the tour started. The whole staff was great! We went snorkeling and saw sting rays, star fish and many fish. Next we were taken to the falls where we passed to the guides for the falls. Once we returned the party started with music, drinks and lunch. It was a great way to see the falls!
Tips: bring cash for the tip for the guide for the falls. If you buy the photo from the falls that is $10 cash. But if you bring your phone in a water poof pouch the guide on the falls will use your camera for photos the whole way up! Don't forget cash for your tip for the island routes team too.

Fantastic Experience - Had a fantastic experience using Island Routes Tours on my recent trip to Jamaica. We booked the family catamaran cruise to Dunn’s river fall which was the highlight of our vacation. From we got to the dock the crew made us feel extremely comfortable. They greeted us with courtesy and professionalism. Safety was a top priority and this was initiated from the dock and reinforced throughout the entire cruise. The snorkeling experience was amazing. The entrance to the Dunn’s River Fall was flawless. A tour guide greeted us at the dock and helped to guide us to the top of the falls and back to the boat. Then the party got started. They had a large variety of finger foods and alcoholic/non alcoholic beverages on the boat to satisfy every one’s desire with a DJ throwing down the favorite tunes . I would recommend Island Routes as they offer the highest quality Catamaran Cruise in Jamaica.

A Good Time Was Had! - A good time was had by all in our group. Shade is limited so be sure to bring hats and sunscreen. The crew was awesome, fun and entertaining. I would sail with them again.

Fun time! - This catamaran trip was a fun time with snorkeling, climbing the falls, and lunch on the boat. Our snorkeling guy was neat because he would dive down and bring up sea life for us to hold! (I wish I could remember his name.) The falls experience was a once in a lifetime one! Our guide, “# 23, Michael Jordan” was superior! Little did I know, that my calves would be on fire the next day! It was a major lower body and core workout! I loved how everyone helped each other with the climbing! The lunch was alright, but they did offer drinks which made up for it! I would recommend this tour!

Bittersweet - Our driver George was awesome. I would have given this excursion 5 stars, the catamaran ride was beautiful but we waited so long to eat and the line was so long by the time we got to the front they had ran out of food which is unexpectable, we were picked up from our hotel at 6:30am and to do a full day on a empty stomach was a horrible experience. We saw people with full plates of food and was wasting food which is not fair. Also we are adults you shouldn't serve chicken nuggets at all.

If I could give 0 stars I would - Booked the 10AM tour however the boat left at 9AM. There was a mix up between the tour company and viator; however the tour company was unhelpful and rude.
