The Tubing was the best! - Let me just say that I'm not a big zip line guy but was excited to do it as part of this shore excursion. It was ok. It was like 4 or 5 platforms, but the biggest negative to me about that part of the excursion was there was just so many people cued in line to go and you zipped.....waited.....zipped...waited. It couldn't be helped, but I was hoping for more "zips" and less waiting.
Now the tubing was great! Of course there were still plenty of people, but with your own raft, you were on your own "time" table. The water was nice....the hosts were even nicer and it was the best part of my trip that day.
Word of caution though. If you end up getting that rum juice (there were two places in the river a guy with a cooler and plastic cups was waiting to give it to you), you will have to pay for it. For some reason, a few people in my group thought this was included (or free) with the excursion.

Amazing time - Wonderful experience! Odean was incredible! Also our zip lining guides were amazing as well. Very informative, safety was a priority and they were extremely friendly and helpful!

Great time and Wonderful Staff - We had the best time. Beverly and our driver were amazing. The entire staff every leg of the trip was engaging, wonderful, helpful, informative and well educated about the sites we visited. Recommend 10/10

Don't SKIP this tour! - 1000/10 .
I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for our wonderful tour guide, Xenia. She truly made our experience unforgettable! Throughout the tour, she shared her extensive knowledge about Jamaica's rich history, diverse cultures, and delicious food. I returned home feeling excited to share everything I learned.
Xenia was incredibly attentive to the entire group, ensuring we felt safe and were having a fantastic time. The zip lining was such a thrill, and the staff took every measure to make sure we were secure. The tubing experience was equally enjoyable! I can’t emphasize enough how safe I felt during our adventure on the White River. It was truly one of the best experiences I’ve had on a tour. Thank you, Xenia, for your kindnessand knowledge! 🖤

Had the best time!! Staff were awesome too!! - Had the best time of my life!! Staff were awesome!! The tour guides were very funny!! It's also such a beautiful place!! It was our first time going out of the country and boy we had so much fun. We will definitely be back.

Zip line, Tubing and Island Gully Falls at White River -
I recently went on an excursion that was overall enjoyable. The zip line experience was particularly fun, and the guides were very professional and friendly, making me feel safe throughout the adventure.
However, I did have some concerns regarding the organization of the pickup process. We were picked up from our hotel and taken to a central location, but we had to wait for a long time—around two hours—before we could board the bus and start the excursion. This lengthy wait was frustrating and could have been better managed.
In summary, while the excursion itself was great, I believe improvements in the pickup and waiting process would enhance the overall experience.

Rushed - The guide kept telling us our cruise ship would leave us behind. No, it was a sanctioned excursion, they are under contract to not leave us behind.
Don’t pack so many activities together with out leaving ample time for restroom breaks in between. Step up the customer service all around, zip line guys were nice, one tubing guy was nice, but the women all around were just short and snippy and had no ear to listen when being spoken to no matter how polite we were being.
I would not recommend this for physically limited people, for one because of the rushing, but also because I saw several people complaining about the amount of stairs leading to the zip lines.
The tubing was nice overall, go prepared. The zip lines were a little underwhelming, really. The blue hole was a huge disappointment, you do not get to swim around at all, you just jump in with a life vest on and then leave.
