We made the online reservation the night before and it was super easy! Showed up and Lindsey got the bikes out within a few minutes and we were off to ride. The bikes were really nice and ran well. No issues with battery or anything else. The bike return was seamless! The price point was also very reasonable… We would definitely rent here again!

One of the E-Bikes we have rented broke down half way through our rental. My kids and I had to push hard to get back to the rental place in time before it closed. Not a good situation. The battery was not fully charged, was not inspected. There was also NO phone number given to us at the rental time to call in case of an emergency like this. The manager of the rental place promised to take this broken bike off the bill but I still have not seen the refund either. Just fix your operations.
