The return journey to the city center will also take 30 minutes.

Great tour! Great guide! - Worth every peso! Miguel was a fantastic tour guide, very knowledgeable about both local and global history. You can tell it is a passion of his and that really showed throughout the tour.
Plenty of time to see everything with the option to stay longer if you like!

We had a wonderful time... - We had a wonderful time on our Monte Alban tour! Our guide was knowledgeable, funny and passionate. He took us through the site at a nice pace that allowed for the perfect amount of freetime to explore on our own at the end. I learned a lot and would definitely recommend this.

Short and sweet - This short but information dense tour was the ideal way to spend the first part of our day. The tour is a moderate trail-like walk with the opportunity to walk up the stairs of a rather steep pyramid. We arrived early to beat the heat and crowds and had ample free time to explore. Our guide Miguel, was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about archeology and anthropology. I enjoyed the structure, size, and energy of the tour. Pick-up and drop-off were coordinated efficiently and they offered hourly shuttles from Monte Alban.

A very satisfying half-day tour! - The tour was totally worth it. We had an excellent guide, Jorge. Of course there are tons of things to be told about the site so it’s upon the guide to chose which angle and the spots to focus on. Good time of departure in the morning because of the rising temperature during the day and the crowd.
