The first experience takes participants to Santiago Matatlan, renowned as the Mezcal Capital of the World. Here, they will engage in the mezcal-making process.
Participants will have the opportunity to cut agave, taste cooked maguey, and explore the cava of aged mezcals.
The highlight of the experience is the tasting session featuring over 12 different Mezcales. If anyone finds a favorite, they are welcome to sample it again.
Finally, the tour includes a visit to the maguey fields, where the remarkable qualities of this noble plant are revealed.
