Juan was exceptional, not only did I learn technique, I was amazed by the stories of culture and the Oxacan people I’d live to take more classes with Juan. Very personable, hugely talented, and very gracious. A high point of the trip.

A wonderful experience, the setting was well equipped and the instructor was superb! I am not an artistic person, but I was given a lot of support and encouragement. Therefore, it was a truly enjoyable experience, and most strongly recommend to do this when in Oaxaca.

Wanted to do artwork with local craftspeople. Faviola was such a wonderful and patient teacher and I was so excited with the process and outcome.
Also really liked the space; the big courtyard had tables and a cafe and there were multiple studios around the courtyard.

Thank you for the wonderful experience creating a woodcut print with Fabiola. She is a very talented (and patient!) instructor. It was fun and exciting to see the finished work. I now have a much deeper appreciation for this beautiful art form with my very own print as a memory of my time in Oaxaca.
