This class had very little focus on making mole, which was a bit misleading. We started the class by walking to the us to the Mercado to buy ingredients for the class. She talked to us about the ingredients in general, then proceeded to talk to her friends at the market for 25 minutes while we waited for her . We just stood around. When we got back to the kitchen, we made salsa, tortillas and quesadillas before we ever discussed making mole. We did make a simple mole towards the end of our cooking time. We also made a lot more food than was needed for the 3 of us to eat. Chef did not offer us to take any of the leftovers with us. Overall it was fun but the class could have been better
