Checked ‘see whales’ off of my bucket list! - Dillon, John and Chad were friendly and professional. The scenery and pacific blue were mesmerizing and dreamy. We saw several whales breaching and diving from a short distance. It was brilliant.

Whales in Paradise - We had a great time whale watching this morning in Waikiki. Spacious boat with plenty of seats and walking around room. Great crew and a smooth ride. Had a whale pop up right next to us so close we could hear him breathe and later got the money shot with a full dive and tail wave. The scenery was great too just off of Diamond Head. As a bonus we saw flying fish on the way back in. Overall excellent experience.

Definitely would take this boat ride again! - This experience was amazing, apparently it’s whale season! We did encounter a whale, and a large sea turtle. The captain and his crew were super kind and helpful!

Highly Recommend This Whale Watching Tour - Captain Chad and his crew were fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the whales. Even with choppy conditions, Captain Chad navigated with confidence and skill. An exciting experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Whale Watching Experience on Oahu - Fantastic Whale Watching Experience on Oahu While visiting family on Oahu, we decided to go on a humpback whale watching cruise and it turned out to be a great decision. The captain and deckhands did an excellent job from start to finish—professional, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced. The ride was very smooth, and we were lucky enough to see several humpback whales during the cruise. The crew made sure everyone had great views and shared helpful information along the way without overdoing it. Overall, a relaxing and memorable experience. Highly recommend this tour if you’re on Oahu during whale season!

Nice cruise - We've been on their whale-hunting cruise recently. We were lucky we spotted one towards the end of the tour and even saw a sea lion swimming in the bay. Honest price check in slow but everything so far done on time. Friendly and courteous staff

Horrible customer service - This whale watching tour with E Sea Diver was conducted in extremely rough sea conditions. The waves were so bad that passengers could not safely stand or move around the boat, making the experience uncomfortable and concerning from a safety standpoint. What makes this more frustrating is that a later tour scheduled after ours was canceled due to the same sea conditions, clearly acknowledging that conditions were not suitable. Despite this, E Sea Diver refused to issue a refund for our tour. When I contacted them to discuss the issue, I was spoken to dismissively and told, “It’s the sea, lady,” instead of having my safety concerns addressed. There was no professionalism or attempt to resolve the situation. I understand the ocean can be unpredictable, but when conditions are unsafe enough to cancel later tours, customers who endured those same conditions should be treated fairly. Based on both the experience and the way it was handled afterward, I would not recommend E Sea Diver.
