Wonderful Snorkel experience - Wonderful tour, the crew was great, friendly and helpful. We were able to see quite a few sea turtles and a lot of fish. The quality of the snorkel gear we were given to use was excellent. Would recommend to everyone.

Family Snorkeling - It was a great experience. The staff was very accommodating to all levels of divers/swimmers. For those who have some fears about swimming in the ocean, like me, I felt very safe while in the water.

The Best of the Best - To put it simply, Ace was Ace at checkin and our crew Jake, Avery & Margaret were a triple threat of satisfaction, and huge shoutout to our captain Hollis for getting us to & fro safely but more importantly for her extra insight of the protected Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles! Engaged on a boat! - I chose this boat to propose out on the ocean and boy and I glad I did! It was so special and beautiful and the crew was amazing!! I highly recommend! The boat is LBGTQ friendly so I felt very comfortable popping the question!

Great Honolulu Snorkel Trip - We booked a Turtle Canyon trip a few days prior. for my wife, son, DIL and me. Our trip was on Saturday August 30. One note, parking can be challenging, especially on the weekend so allow yourself extra time. The trip was good, getting to see numerous green sea turtles and lots of fish. Our crew, Ayden, Avi and Madelyn (spellings questionable 😁), was great! They were entertaining while maintaining professionalism. They took time to get to know the folks on the boat. They also stressed safety. The two young ladies were in the water with us. Madelyn stayed with those more comfortable staying closer to the boat, while Avi took the rest of us further out. I saw Avi regularly taking a head count to make sure she had all her swimmers. We had one gentleman on the boat who could not swim and was pretty nervous, but they made sure he had appropriate equipment and kept a close eye on him in the water. When he returned to the boat his nervousness had turned to excitement. We would definitely book with Honolulu Snorkel Co. again, especially with the crew we had!

Aloha Spirit - Great crew! Made our snorkeling experience fun, easy going and we saw tons of fish and turtles!! Bonus was we saw lots of dolphins on the way in. Highly recommended!!

Awesome experience and a bunch of turtles! - Had an absolute blast! Saw tons of fish and probably 10 turtles. The staff was amazing and helpful. A member of our party had his hat fly off and they even went back to retrieve it for him. Highly recommend this snorkel tour...you won't be disappointed!

Best snorkel crew on our trip! - This was the best snorkeling trip we took in Hawaii! I got the Groupon- which made it a steal, but their regular price wasn’t too bad compared to what we paid in Maui. The boat was great with a little bar, nice seats and technically a bathroom although we were warned that it was kind of gross to use. Our snorkel crew was amazing- made the trip! Thanks to Madeline, Zayden, Avery, Ace and Captain Amos. They helped find the good spots to look and Zayden even used our GoPro to go down and film the turtles. It’s an amazing video. We saw over 12 turtles that morning! The crew was helpful with one of our party members who felt a little seasick and helped the rest of us in the water and to get back on the boat. I will recommend them to everyone who snorkels at Waikiki.

Cancelled on Us! - Booked our tour months in advance! Got an Email less than 24 hours before our snorkel that our excursion was being cancelled because they didn’t have enough people booked. They did offer us another time slot but it did not work as we had another activity planned and could not move that booking around due to it being last minute. Very unhappy as this was the only snorkeling we had booked for our vacation and will now have no opportunity to do so!!

Turtles - I didn’t enjoy my experience on this tour. The guides kept the entire group packed tightly together, and any time I tried to move slightly aside, I was called back. Many participants didn’t seem comfortable swimming, which led to people bumping into each other constantly. I was also disappointed by how the marine life was treated. The guides would point out turtles coming up for air and encourage the whole group to swim toward them, which felt disruptive and disrespectful to the animals. If the guides had trusted us a bit more and allowed for a calmer, more independent snorkeling experience, it could have been so much better. Instead, we spent most of the time swimming back and forth in a large, noisy group. It’s unfortunate that tours like this still operate with so little regard for both guest comfort and marine life.
