The van came and picked... - The van came and picked us up at our hotel. Roland told us points about unexpected attack along the way to Pearl Harbor. He came and picked us up at 4pm. He showed us historical sights in downtown Oahu. And answered any of our questions too. We received a snack, juice on the way back and water on the way there. I would definitely recommend this excursion with Viator.

Humbling and educational - This was a very humbling and educational experience. We really enjoyed both of the tours. At some times it was emotional seeing what sacrifices have been given for our freedom. We would recommend these tours 💯 %

We were picked up at the... - We were picked up at the Honolulu airport by our tour guide Vanessa. Upon entering the van Vanessa began informing us as well as the other passenger's what to expect when we arrived at Pearl Harbor. She did a great job driving us there along with sharing the history of Pearl Harbor. When Vanessa returned later that afternoon she then gave us a driving tour of Waikiki ( she gave us granola bars, water, and juice). I would say the tour lasted a good hour to hour and a half. She then drove us back to the airport where we caught a flight back to Maui. I would definitely recommend taking this tour as you won't be disappointed!! If you lucky enough to visit any of the Hawaiian Islands make it a point to see Pearl Harbor.

Convenient Way to Get to Pearl Harbor but Not Really a Tour! - This was a convenient way to get to the Pearl Harbor sites, and it included some admissions--to the USS Missouri and the ferry to the USS Arizona. Note that visiting the submarine museum on site and the aviation museum are $30.00 each per adult! It was nice to have the reservations and to hear a bit of history on the way there and back. Tour guides are only allowed inside for five minutes once you arrive at the site. Good instructions from Vanessa, but gosh, I really thought I was buying a more personal tour of the sites... On the way back, due to re-schedule of our tour from the day before (due to the National Parks shutting down reservations for an unknown reason), this tour we took also apparently included a city tour on the way back. This was a problem for us, as we needed to get to the airport to catch our flight home. And really, a city tour after a 7- hour stay at Pearl Harbor?! W had to bail and catch an Uber for $50.00 back to our hotel where our luggage was being stored. So just beware if you get re-scheduled!

Unprofessional management - Pickup at hotel went as instructed at 9:30a. We had purchased tours for both USS Arizona and Missouri. We were told by the driver that pickup was at 1:45p. We skipped lunch in order to be at pickup spot on time but he had given us the wrong pickup time. When we had arrived and boarded van, more people showed up who were told the same time so there were not enough seats. Instead of making alternative solutions, the manager George got on the phone and accused us of taking someone else’s seat. Issue was resolved but not by tour company. Very unprofessional.

Left to wait and guess when you will be picked up - The vehicle was clean and nice. The driver was pleasant and knowledgeable. We were to meet back at the end of the day at 1600. The driver did not show until 1650. They claimed traffic was to blame. I was there all week. Traffic was no different than any other day. True it was busy during that time everyday. They are locals. They know about this. My best guess is they overbooked or had a driver out. I wished I would have driven myself.

Deluxe Arizona Memorial & Missouri Battleship Tour - was less than deluxe - The tour started the day before by being advised the trip to board the USS Missouri Memorial would not occur due to upgrade works - we could have been advised of this sometime before and decided if we wanted to change our trip - but the operator didn't want that option to be presented to us. On the day of the trip, we were asked to be at the pick-up hotel location 30mins prior to pick up. 9am for a 9.30-10am pick up. At 10.05am I contacted the operator to ask if we had been forgotten or was the driver delayed and when would he arrive - he arrived at 10.10am - we waited 1hr10mins. Not feeling deluxe! The day at Pearl Harbour was ok USS Missouri was interesting and good to see. Not getting access to the Arizona memorial was very disappointing. Our return journey was supposed to be a pick up at 4pm then a journey around the key sights of Honolulu. We were there at 3.45pm. At 4.30pm i contacted the operator again to ask where the pick up driver was (no response) at 4.40pm i ordered an Uber to get us back to our hotel. I asked the tour operator to refund the Uver fair - which they have ignored. All in all, I could NOT recommend this tour based on our shoddy experience. I would however say that Pearl Harbour is an amazing place and an experience that all Honolulu tourists should take some time to enjoy.

Cancelled - Our tickets were canceled the day before the excursion. No reason given. We stayed in Honolulu an extra day to do Pearl Harbor tour. They did give us passes to Arizona as a consolation.
