Turtle Canyon is a natural cleaning station where numerous turtles gather to have their shells “cleaned” by the unique Hawaiian reef fish that inhabit this canyon. As a result, turtles can be observed there 99% of the time, and we are confident in guaranteeing that turtles will always be present during your visit. If no turtles are spotted by ANY guests on your trip, we will happily offer all guests a complimentary return snorkel tour, to be used within 7 days, subject to availability.

While we can guarantee the presence of turtles during the snorkel trip, we cannot ensure that every individual will see a turtle, as this depends on factors beyond our control such as visibility, personal ability, and participation. The guarantee holds no cash value, is non-transferable, and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
