Special experience on a beautiful cruise - My husband booked this cruise as a birthday present and I could not be more happy with the experience! The show was amazing, the food was great, the service was efficient. Staff Captain Stephen Young came around to personally check on us several times and made us feel really special and taken care of. I would highly recommend this cruise!

Do it!! - Best part of our vacation so far. Even though our waitress was not that attentive we had other waitress and a waiter step up and made sure we were taken care of.

Great Dinner Cruise - First, the onboarding was seamless. The food was appetizing. Captain Stephen Young was phenomenal - he walked around greeting each guest and shared history of O’ahu with me. Went solo but didn’t feel alone. The music was amazing!

Nice dinner cruise. - The shows were good. The atmosphere was good. Pretty tiny room and it was warm in there. The big rooms were open air which would have been better. If you came with a tour, you would have gotten better sitting I think. A bit pricey tho for 3 hours as I could pay that much for a full night on an actual cruise

It’s a tourist trap - It’s a tourist trap. Plain and simple. The boat looked real rough, the service was okay, the food was meh, the Hawaiian show was bad, the desert was terrible. For the money this trip costs, it’s a disaster. You are better off spending this money at a 5 star restaurant by the ocean than this trip

Terrible customer service - Complete lack of customer service by Israel S when attempting to resolve booking issues. He was rude and did nothing to resolve the miscommunication from Three Star Deluxe Sunset Dinner and Show.
