• Moana Surfrider, A Westin Resort & Spa, Waikiki Beach - This exciting Glide begins after your lesson and takes you through Waikiki along King Kalakaua Avenue, pausing at the historic Moana Surfrider hotel, known as the ‘First Lady of Waikiki,’ built in 1901 on the site of King Kalakaua’s former beach house.
• Statue of Duke Kahanamoku - Next, we glide to the renowned Duke Kahanamoku Statue, celebrating the ‘Father of Modern Day Surfing.’
• Waikiki Aquarium - We continue past the Waikiki Aquarium, the historic WWI Natatorium, and the charming cottage homes along Coconut Avenue at the base of Diamond Head.
• Diamond Head State Monument - We then glide up Diamond Head Road, riding along the ‘face’ of Diamond Head (or Mount Leahi as locals call it) Crater, admiring the stunning million-dollar estates as we approach the historic Diamond Head Lighthouse.
• Amelia Earhart’s Marker - At the Amelia Earhart Lookout (Diamond Head Lookout), we enjoy breathtaking views of Koko Head Crater, Molokai, and Maui Island in the distance, along with the surfers below and much more.
• Honolulu Zoo - We descend from the lookout, gliding around the historic Kapiolani Park and the Honolulu Zoo, originally established by King David Kalakaua and stockholders as an exclusive residential area with a horse track in 1876, named after Queen Kapiolani, King Kalakaua’s wife.
• Ala Wai Canal - Finally, we glide along the Ala Wai Canal, offering stunning views of the Koolau Mountains, paddlers, and those enjoying the canal’s promenade, returning to our starting point.

• An insurance waiver along with a major bank credit card and/or deposit are required.
• Segway of Hawaii embraces the Aloha Spirit, offering extreme weather refunds and rain checks on the rental portion of your contract. However, refunds and rain checks cannot be granted for Hawaii’s light, pineapple showers, so always call us if you’re not sure.
• We will try our best to accommodate your special needs whenever possible.
• Cancellation policy: Customers will receive a full refund with 72 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
• For parties of four (4) or more – a gratuity of 18% will be added to all reservations.
• We also recommend wearing lightweight clothes, any kind of comfortable shoes (sneakers/flip flops – but, no heels for the ladies), sunglasses are a good idea…..and, don’t forget your camera!-There is a small bag on the front of all Segway Personal Transporters that can accommodate a small bag or backpack.
