Confirmed Access to Arizona Memorial - What attracted us to this tour was the guaranteed tickets to the Arizona Memorial. Also, Christine was a fantastic guide. Her communication and flexibility on pickup and drop off were very clear and helpful. She gave us some great historical information and was able to answer the questions that came to our minds. Overall, a great experience.

A great experience - Uncle Benny was fun. He made the experience great. Plenty of time was given at Pearl Harbor to explore in my opinion. I also thought the extra step stool for helping us in and out of the van was great.

Good tour - Christine was a great driver and guide. Enjoyed the tour of downtown and the time at Pearl Harbor. Pearl Harbor filmed told the story of that day. Great job by the park service.

Disappointing - Disappointment. We didn’t do half of the planned activities. Only Pearl Harbor and USS. A non-stop city tour.

Forgot to pick us up, and tried to hijack our Uber driver with wish-washy directives. - We got a call this morning stating that the shuttle van would be at our hotel soon, 30 minutes into a 45 min pickup window. 10 min later they said that we weren't marked on the paperwork properly for the diver, and would we be willing to go tomorrow instead? This is our last day in Hawaii, so that wouldn't work. They instructed us to get an Uber to Pearl Harbor, and that they would reimburse us for the expense. We were instructed to meet the van at 2:15 PM to leave, which is when the entire tour ends, so was likely incorrect. We were given no instructions on how to get into Pearl Harbor. 15 minutes after catching the Uber, we got a return call asking to talk to our Uber driver. We told them that we would put them on speaker phone, because the Uber driver was driving. He was asked to turn around and take us to "the king statue" (King Kamehameha), but not to drop us off for 25 minutes. The Uber driver said no, because neither the remaining drive to Pearl Harbor nor returning back to the statue would take 25 minutes. He was instructed again to not drop us off any sooner than 25 minutes, which he again refused to do. I told them to we were cancelling the tour, because this was becoming a ridiculous amount of entitlement treating our Uber driver like a tour employee or our chauffeur. Since they wanted us to meet up with the tour late and not early, I figured we were being setup for another botched pickup. We ended up paying $30 total to do a giant circle back to our hotel.

Save your money - This tour was a total sham. We did not get tickets to the USS Arizona they took us to Pearl harbor and said go get ourselves into the standby line. The pickup time was before we had any chance of getting called in the standby line. The tour lady was nice at the beginning then rude once she found out we would possibly not be returning with her so we could try stay to get on the Arizona boat ride. We didn't even go to any beaches that were advertised and she pointed at the eternal flame memorial from across the street while she took us to one of the statues on the tour. We were supposed to go there also but the company was overbooked and she was in a rush to get the next group of tourists so she skipped more than half of the tour. Please do yourself a favor and plan a trip on your own.

Not worth it, waste of money - Absolute waste of money. Just an overly priced uber ride. Would not recommend this operator. Booked for 3 in our family and paid $190 and some change. No communication from the operator about pick up, after contacting multiple times, finally came to know the pick up for 6:30am the next day. Upon arrival at Pearl Harbor, there were no tickets given as per the instructions. We were asked to go on the kiosk and check in and wait for the boat ride, had no clue if we would get it in time or not. After everything was done, we were taken to downtown to see a monument and a building and that’s all. The whole trip was about 3 hours and we were not taken to any places as mentioned in the Itinary except 2. I would highly suggest taking a uber ride or even park your car for $7 at the facility. There is no price for the ticket to see Arizona ( memorial).
