Pearl Harbor Tour ‘26! - We had Daniel’s Tour and “Cuz’N” Benny was our Ohana, guide and historian! Excellent tour of island places that have significant history and some “seldom seen, experienced” places and pastries! We loved every minute of minute!

Pearl Harbor was a great... - Pearl Harbor was a great experience and one that was on my list for awhile. It is a somber event but one you should not miss. Christine was our tour guide and guided us through this tour so we could achieve the best experience. She was great. You must recognize that tickets are not in hand but rather you must sign up for tickets through a stand by line. Everyone must do it. Christine got us there early, I signed up for our tickets and got on the boat to the memorial at 815. Following the Pearl Harbor tour we did a tour learning about the King of Hawaii, his wife, and surrounding government buildings. We also made a stop at the Aloha tower. Not much there, but it was early.

Must see - A must see! Monumental sacrifice of so many brave soldiers is brought to life in such a respectful manner. Would encourage young and old alike to pay homage

Worth it - This was a somber and memorable site. After checking with several tour companies and the government online site and the park itself, we found that tickets are almost impossible to secure online. Tour companies use “bots” to snatch the tickets the second they become available and released. We stood in the standby line and it took about 2 hours to get on the boat. Well worth it overall.

Meaningful experience.... - Meaningful experience. Time there could be at least one hr shorter. Going early was beneficial as wait lines were shorter.

Terrible experience - no customer assistance and scam operators utilized. STAY AWAY!!!!! - It could not have been a worse vendor selected for services than Daniel’s Hawai’i! Paid for an early 6:30 AM tour which was unilaterally moved to a 10:30 am start time. Waited outside the hotel until after 11:30 but they were a no show. Tried calling but their offices are closed from 11:00 Am - 1:30 PM when you would need to talk to somebody. They don’t respond and want to keep the money paid even after I had to buy last minute tickets myself. SCAM - stay away!!!!!!!!!!!

NOT a tour, just an expensive shuttle service - This is NOT a tour and NOT early access! We were to get picked up at 6:30 but it changed to 8:30. We were told the Arizona tickets were included, but sneakily they say "included in the price" because the tickets are free. But they are NOT included or provided. I had to wait in line for TWO HOURS to get on the Arizona and the tour was only 3 hours. Most of the things at Pearl Harbor have paid access which, again, is NOT included and we were told NOT to go to Ford Island! There was NO tour, we were dropped off to fend for ourselves and even given the wrong advice about which line to stand in to get Arizona tickets. Viator and the tour operator should be ashamed for offering this scam of a tour!!!
