• Pearl Harbor National Memorial - A shuttle service is available to and from the NPS Pearl Harbor for visiting the USS Arizona Memorial. Tour companies are prohibited from providing guided tours within the National Park, so the driver will wait in the Tour Vehicle parking area until visitors return. The driver also serves as a tour guide for the 8-hour island tour, offering insights on various topics during the 20 to 30-minute drive.

The Pearl Harbor Shuttle offers convenient transportation from Waikiki to Pearl Harbor, allowing visitors to explore the USS Arizona Memorial. Departures from Waikiki are scheduled at 7:00 am and 9:00 am, with return trips available at 9:30 am and 12:00 pm.

Tickets to the USS Arizona Memorial are complimentary and can be obtained through the National Park Service’s official website. Due to high demand, tickets are quickly sold out. The operator will attempt to secure tickets on your behalf, but you may also acquire them independently. Alternatively, there is a standby line that typically requires less than an hour of waiting. Additionally, visitors can enjoy a free museum on-site, with the option to rent a headset for a nominal fee to enhance the museum experience.

Please note that tour companies are not permitted to provide guided tours within the National Park; they will wait for you in the parking area. The tour van accommodates up to 14 passengers per trip, covering a distance of 12 miles in approximately 20 to 30 minutes.

To ensure a smooth pickup, please provide your hotel information. If pickup is not possible, the designated meeting point is on Lewers Street, in front of the Hokulani Hotel.
