- Luggage are not permitted in our vehicles
- Tour duration will be 4 hours including travel time from one place to another.
- Tours are non-refundable if the national park service or navy decide to cancel boat ride programs due to mechanical issues, dangerous weather, or other safety concerns.
- No bags allowed at Pearl Harbor
- Not all our tour vehicle can accommodate mobility devices such as Wheel chairs and Scooters. Please call us right away after you book our tour to make arrangements.

Great way to visit Pearl Harbor - Ro Ro was great! She had a lot of personal stories that filled our time driving, things that made the entire trip more personal to us. I loved the organization she gave us, telling us when to watch the film and then go on our tour.

The memorial park is much... - The memorial park is much larger than we expected. Perhaps we should have considered a trip that allowed us to stay longer.

Very Nice Half-Day Experience - We spent about 1/2 day (~2 hours) at the Memorial grounds. The trip out to the Arizona was as expected, but nonetheless, a truly unique experience. The video program was very informative. The museums had some very interesting facts regarding the history and circumstances regarding the attack. We did not visit the submarine as we thought the charge was excessive.

Beautiful Memorial, transportation lacking - i booked the 2 hr tour and it ended up being almost 6 hrs total I was told i wasnt allowed to bring a car seat so i had two toddlers sit on a shuttle van driving all around the island with just a lap belt. The shuttle van had no a/c so it was stiffling. The Memorial was of course beautiful but i was told by the company i wasnt allowed to bring bags so i didnt and had no diaper bag for my baby only to get there for them to have lockers for bags. All in all I was upset with the communication.

They say 24 hour cancellation, but they don't give any information until the day before
The office person (guy) is rude
The owner Neil is worse!
Absolutely no chance of any refunds
They charge you for changes when they are the ones making the change!
