Experience and personality matters ❤️ - Awesome group of people! Both the instructing driver and photographer were quite friendly and approachabl. They were happy to chit chat and answer all our questions. The captain was great at being informative and safe while also helping with any reassurances the group may have had.
The staff mentioned they had been in business for well over ten years and had a great spot, as where with newer teams, it can be more of a shot in the dark. I really enjoyed not being contained to a cage. It was so relaxing!

Outstanding Ocean Life Experience - My Open Water Shark Dive excursion with Hawai’i Adventure Diving was exceptional from beginning to end. I’ll treasure the memories of snorkeling while watching 5 Galapagos sharks swimming through sunbeams in the water the whole 45 minutes we were n the water. The crew members, Captain Stacy, Lucas, and Danny, were so knowledgeable and clearly focused on safety for both the humans and ocean life. I learned a lot from Lucas’s overview of how to safely snorkel with sharks. I look forward to receiving my photos from the professional photographer Danny who did a great job of splitting his time between each customer who wanted photos. Captain Stacy had the perfect combination of confidence and customer focus. She was wonderful to interact with. In addition to seeing the sharks we saw various wonderful fish including a barracuda and trunkfish 🐟🌞 I’m now trying to figure out if I can rearrange some of my plans for my last days of my 1-week vacation in Hale'iwa to see if I can go on another trip with them 🌈

THE ONE YOU WANT! Mind blowing shark dives! - Want to dive with sharks? Want to get pictures with sharks? Want to swim with sharks? These guys are the real deal. Wholeheartedly recommended! Safety is prioritized and the crew is professional and experienced. Do yourself a favor and book with them!

Bucket list material - This was one of the best experiences I've ever had! Captain Stacy and her crew Nick, and Annika were so informative and answered every question we had. They made us feel safe and prepared for getting in the water. The view was breath taking and I can't recommend this enough to anyone even a little on the fence. Just do it, you won't regret it!

Hospitable and professional - I had an amazing time. These guys made the dive one of the best parts of my O'ahu vacation. From the minute i met them on shore till the time i left, not a question left unanswered. The hospitality and friendly atmosphere was one of a kind. The experience of being around such a remarkable creature was breathtaking. Hope this helps you to make a choice on who to go out with. Thank you guys so much.

10/10 must do! - No complaints for this awesome experience! The crew (Ani, Ro, Sava & Sava’s dog) had an upbeat and super professional vibe that put us at ease. Personally I have some fear of the open water but I felt very comfortable and encouraged to face my fears. My husband is an experienced scuba diver and felt right at home getting close to the species of sharks we were lucky to share the water with. Outside of the thrill of sharks swimming so close, the color of blue in the open water is beyond comparison. It’s a must see. Will definitely go again when we find ourselves back on O’ahu! Mahalo!

Outstanding experience - Been diving for 20 years and this experience is at the top. Super professional, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, this company is WAY better than the rest. If you’re in HI and want a top notch experience, this is the company. Make sure you tip Danny and Stacy.

An experience of a lifetime....that we hope to have again! - Our family of 5 had a dive on July 6th. This was our oldest son's second time with Hawaii Adventure Diving. From the time we arrived on the dock, we were greeted by friendly crew who obviously love their jobs (in particular Nick, Stacy and Terry). We had a safety briefing and started out. As soon as we arrived at our dive location, a beautiful tiger shark made her appearance. We had to stay on the yellow safety line, but were fortunate to see another tiger and several Galapagos sharks as well. The safety divers were always close enough to redirect the sharks if they got too close and we never felt unsafe. We opted for pictures and I am so glad we did! Being in the water with these majestic animals swimming only a short distance below and around us was the thrill of a lifetime. Thank you so much and we absolutely cannot wait for an opportunity to dive with you again!

Shark diving 🦈 - Must have made once ✅

Photos can be purchased with BUT had a GoPro with it and thus already made photos and videos. In my opinion, anyone who can help themselves does not need to buy the photos from the team.
My wife and I had decided to do it. First the thought was if it made sense before we both got the same photos. In the end, it was. We could use a flat rate of 5 photos per person of the 40 or so we bought. And all that for $80 per person. As I said, too expensive

Beware - I emailed the company plus Viator to let them know I was not able to get in the water or do the experience for me and my daughter. The water was so rocky the boat was very rough and felt like it would tip over; I threw up and was not able to get down the ladder or into the water due to how rocky and powerful the waves were. My daughter with autism was very scared and disappointed she could not swim with the sharks. I was not offered an apology or partial or full refund which I feel was the fair and just thing to do. I am very disappointed and I hope the company makes this right.
