Fantastic Oahu circle trip with Marlon - Took the Oahu Island circle tour in June through Hilton Hawaiian Village resort and we were so glad lot for bus tour instead of rental car. It covered all scenic spot from the comfort of an excellent bus. But the highlight was our tour Driver - Marlon! Great host, tons of Mana and amazing personality. It was a really memorable experience.

Great Day! - Marlon was an amazing guide. Loved his personal stories along the way. I enjoyed the history of the island and learning about the Hawaiian language. We went to multiple places, my favorite was north shore and the Buddha temple. Thanks Marlon🌈👓🌊🤙🏼

Iceland tour - They are probably scenarios that you only see in documentaries, coming here to Iceland you also appreciate the snowy or icy scenarios that we probably couldn't see anywhere else

Oahu - Everyone in our group was very happy with this experience. The bus was very comfortable. Our driver/guide, Tony, was excellent and the scenery is as good as it gets on our world. We had plenty of time at all of our stops and I learned a great deal of Hawaii’s history, language, flora and fauna. We sampled great produce and the Kona coffee , 100%, is awesome. So is the pineapple juice!

MARLON IS THE GOAT - When I first came on this trip with my family I was no exactly thrilled at the fact that it was 9 hours, but Marlon made those 9 hours fly by with his explanation of what we were seeing and overall charisma.

TONY…..Simply The Best! - Tony our driver and your guys from exceptional… from 6am until the end of the day. Professional, attentive, knowledgeable and kind. He payed attention to every detail and he narration of the full day tour was outstanding. We studied all the tour offerings and selected Royal Star. Superb choice… simply the best! Beware! Read the instructions for pickup locations. No refunds on this. - This star of honolulu company is terrible. We missed the pickup bus and was trying to work with the tour company to reschedule our trip or refund since services were not provided and the person who I talked to was not willing to work it out. He just dismissed me & said there’s nothing they can do about it. The customer service was really poor & you’d expect for a big company they’d be willing to work it out since we already paid & still wanted to go on a different date. There’s no compassion and sympathy at all. This city lives because of tourists like us and it wasn’t expecting too much to have it rescheduled so we can experience the tour.
