Great Experience - This luau was offered through the Go City pass that we purchased but we decided to purchase it separately because you can’t upgrade to the ‘celebrity’ seating using the pass. There are a few different luaus available in Waikiki and I don’t know what they are like but we would recommend this one. Entertainment and food were good. If you want a really good alcoholic drink you’ll need to pay for it because the standard drinks are just okay. They also offer a good military/veteran discount. We really enjoyed the luau but it’s definitely worth it to the get the best seating ‘celebrity’ because you don’t have to wait in lines and you receive more personalized service. We also signed up for the transportation and were happy with that too. It was a memorable part of our Honolulu vacation!

Awesome - Wonderful experience. Staff were very helpful and fast. The show was great! This was my first Luau. The music, dancers, and fire performers were terrific. The host was interactive with the audience.

A Great Show - A great show in an historic location. Good food, good dancing and good music. The compare was also excellent. Expensive but worth the money.

Nice experience - Performance and food was good! Would recommend doing this but only thing that I didn’t like was how close we were to everyone else. They have the tables very close to one another. There was about 400 people there. Bar line was alittle long as well.

Beautiful performance! - This was a nice way to learn about different cultures. It was a beautiful performance. The only thing I did not like is I paid for the VIP experience and my plate was not brought to me on the wooden plate as others at my table. I had to go get the food myself and it was on a paper plate. Some work should go into making sure the people who pay for the VIP experience actually receive it. Other than that I had a fabulous time.

Disappointed - The food was cold and not seasoned. The show was ok mostly. It rained. We were given ponchos, but that didn't really help. No inside option. The drinks were watered down and I'm not a big a drinker and could tell. Our picture has water spots on it from the camera and we could not receive a refund. The water spots are on the download they sent us also. Seating wasn't that great.

It was an ok luau - We had a great time, but we were picked up late and so when we got there we were rushed to do everything. The food was good but it was lukewarm. It was raining and even though they gave us plastic ponchos I think they should have put umbrellas up as our seat and tables were all wet. The show is great and the host was amazing but for what we paid for they should have handled it abit better.

Really awful and disappointing - First after reserving through Gocity we were litterally haressed with calls, emails and textos to upgrade. They were fast to get us to the food…arrival 5:15,, food served 5:30. If you have allergies or other diet restrictions definetly do not go. My friend had milk and beef allergies and the person serving at the buffet had no idea if food contained milk products. Saw them drop chicken sauce on the pork so gives an idea. 6:30 they were out of most of the food after one service . Dessert eas a small 1 inch square cheesecake for those who took it when getting main dish. The others got some kind of brownie same size. The entertainement stands were picked up around six and they started picking up the tables where the food was around 6:30. Definetly not worth the price
