Hassle Free Amazing Experience - Orlando gave us lot of good info to make our experience better and free of hassle. We were the first group to be allowed on that day and had good 3-4 hrs to experience Hanauma bay. Would highly recommend.

Smooth Operators - This service was "as advertised". We were picked up in a timely fashion at the designated location and driven to Hanauma Bay. Our driver, Roberto, was punctual, informative and friendly. The rental gear was in good condition and fit well. The return trip went smoothly as well. Our snorkeling experience was marred only by windy conditions - something that Kaimana Tours had no control over.

Gorgeous Bay - I enjoyed my morning here. Although at first I didn’t see much fish I had to go to the left side of the shore rather than snorkeling in the middle. The Bay is beautiful and pristine.

Exceptional guide - Our guide Orlando was super friendly, knowledgeable and went out of his way to provide us a great tour. We took one of his recommendations for dinner and it was the best meal of our holiday! Thank you Orlando!

The driver Orlando was... - The driver Orlando was friendly and gave us great tips about where to eat. However, I think the tour itself can be avoided - there are Ubers easily available to and from Hanauma Bay, and rentals on the beach itself for $25 a person. For two people, this would work out more cost effective than having a tour, plus would give you more flex on arrival time and wouldn’t need you to be crammed into a van with strangers. No shade to the organizer, just a PSA for others who are considering this.

The bay was beautiful,... - The bay was beautiful, However it gets too crowded. There is Not need to rent umbrellas from the tour, they Don't work because the air blows them away and the park has umbrellas for rent that really wok. This tour the only thing they do is take you to the entrance and leave you there. There equipment is not that good. I couldn't use it. (Buy one of those mask from Amazon $ 30 dollars) Not really worth the money you pay. Take Uber and it will be cheaper. This place is not that far from waikiki.

Ok - Staff at the gate could have been a little more friendly. Would have been nice if umbrellas were provided free at the beach instead of having to haul everything down there.

Don’t bother - The reef is in poor condition. There’s much better places to visit to snorkel. As for the service - well it’s just a glorified taxi shuttle. They don’t stay with you or enter the park.

Terrible transportation service - This is not about Hanauma Bay it was great. This is about the transportation package advertised on their website. The 3 of us booked transportation snorkel gear and chairs and umbrellas. So on the morning we went,a swarmy guy shows up at our hotel at 8:00am, no name on the white van or his shirt. We get in the van. It is packed with people and their beach bags etc. off we go James is driving like a NYC cabdriver fast and laying on the horn slamming on the brakes almost hit a car. We turn into the snorkel dive shop which no one was told we were stopping to pick up gear.We get out,he tells us to get in line to pick up the gear. So that was another fiasco. We get what we rented and head to the van. James then tells us he is collecting the fees to get into the bay. James proceeds to hand over the money he’s collected to a guy in our group and tells him he is in charge of paying to get in the bay. James then tells us to get back in the van. He then starts piling all the rented gear chairs umbrellas etc into the van where ever he got find a spot, under us, on us and next to us. Off we go at break neck speed. We get there he has to unload some of the chairs etc for us to even get out of the over packed van. We get in line in a group with the guy holding our fees,to get in, at the front. James says he will be back at 1:15pm by now it is around 9:30 am. At the arranged times James is back and we all pile back into the van. James tells us to leave all the gear etc someone will pick it up. Thank god. He takes off like a bat out he** with the same lead foot and delivers everyone back to their hotels in one piece. Horrible service.
