First people in the park gates! - Loved it! They picked me up and took me to the site, and they collected the entrance fee (cash only). They worked with the employees quickly, and we were literally the first people allowed inside the park (remember that when you think that you could just travel by Uber). I took pictures with no people in the background, and I got first pick of a spot on the beach. When it was time to go, they picked us up at the promised time. The snorkel equipment was previously packaged for each person's size requests. This is not a tour with a snorkel guide. I wanted a flexible morning to relax and swim and not worry about details, and this was it. Beautiful bay with amazing sea life that even a beginner could successfully navigate.

An Oahu must-do - Beautiful setting and very well organized. I would really recommend booking this, it takes all the hassle out of the experience.

Beautiful snorkeling! ... - Beautiful snorkeling! Seamless shuttle ride to and back from the bay. Had plenty of time to enjoy the magical world of coral and colorful fish!

Wish the weather was better. - Our driver Richie was super nice and helped with everything and very informative. The weather was cloudy and a little rainy and very windy which made the snorkeling difficult. We still enjoyed the trip.

Parking problems - We had our own vehicle and had a problem with the early morning connection. We were told there was cheap or free parking near the 'Alohilani Resort and there wasn’t. We lucked out and they agreed reluctantly to do valet parking for us and we paid $60 for it. The hotel seemed confused and the driver was confused about the info I had been given. Maybe for personal vehicle connect patrons a map of parking garages and options near the pickup points would be helpful. Thank you

Expensive - Hanauma Bay is a spectacular place. A must visit in Oahu. This tour was an expensive form of transportation. Driver was great. Getting there early and first in line was a plus. The cost did not include the $25 entrance fee so an expensive day.

Great spot, but rushed. - We reached the beach after 7:30 and had to be back at the van by 11, which meant preparing to leave before 10:45. After meeting at 5:50 to secure a hard-to-get ticket for the capacity-controlled beach, it made no sense to rush back and reach our hotel before 11:30.

Micky Mouse Equipment - Hanauma Bay is a great place to visit. This company was able to get us into the park so that is why they got two stars. However, the snorkel equipment they provided was garbage. Constant fogging of the mask and clogging of the snorkel tube made the trip a lousy experience. Also, the flippers for my size (men's 11) ranged from 11-15 and my feet flopped around in them. The size lower 9-10 was so tight, I couldn't wear them for more than 10 minutes. Save your money.
