We have the only private launch area on Anahulu River in Haleiwa with a gently sloping ramp into the calm river, the easiest and safest access to this beautiful place. We offer premium quality equipment, experienced and certified staff and instructions and excellent amenities.

Find us at the end of the Rainbow Bridge in Hale'iwa. You can park across the street from the Blue Planet Surf Shop on the gravel parking lot, go through the gate and head down to the riverside deck where we will help you launch. Please check the photos if you are not sure where to go.

Stand up paddle boarding experience - Wonderful experience renting paddle boards from Blue Planet! Super friendly staff, very stable boards and a very calm river to paddle up/down! Saw a few turtles as well!

Stand up paddle boarding - Amazing stand up paddle boarding experience! We came in with little to no experience with SUP but the boards were very stable and my wife and I had a blast! Highly recommend checking blue planet out!

Family river day - The location was excellent and very convenient for parking. Everything was clean. Cree helped us with our rentals and was very nice, happy and made us feel welcomed.

Paddling in Haleiwa - I reserved this experience because it was advertised as a GROUP EVENT. My nephew was alone and wanted to SUP with others. When we arrived he was given a Board and pushed into the river (which is horribly smelly and dirty) by himself. When I stated that I paid for a GROUP EXPERIENCE the young man said NOPE. I could have saved the $35 and sent him to POKAI’I BAY with my SUP Board for free. I WAS EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with this experience.
