Lots of history about Pearl Harbor and the island - Vanessa our guide was terrific! She gave us a historical background about Pearl Harbor as we drove to the site. We understood the “why this happened “ by her explanation of events. I was unaware of a short city tour after we left Pearl Harbor. The information about the Kings and how Hawaii became a state was informative. I am happy to hear that the Hawaiians are trying to keep their language and culture alive for future generations. It is SO important!

Our first trip to visit the Arizona Memorial! - Vanessa was a wonderful tour guide!! Well informed on the history and culture!! Very personable and friendly!! Got us to our destination and let us know what to expect step by step. Thank you for a good experience.

Pearl Harbor - Plan ahead. Lots to see and time goes so fast If you drive there go early parking is limited Don’t take bags unless you want to drop off at the kiosk

Great experience - Great experience. Our tour guide, Vanessa, was very personable and clear. She had a wonderful sense of humor and made the trip enjoyable. However, it should be noted that clear bags are allowed inside Pearl Harbor. All information noted no bags allowed.

My only complaint would... - My only complaint would be to describe what the vehicle would look like that picks you up at the hotel. Our driver was great her name was Vanessa. Trip on Wed. 4/30 AM tour.

Not as Advertised - This was a small group tour from our Cruise Ship. Communication with the provider was difficult to confirm pickup details. Too much time was spent at Pearl Harbour and all couples were waiting a minimum of one hour for our return to our ship. We ended up being driven around for about 45 minutes before returning to the ship and when I asked another couple about this their booking was advertised as Pearl Harbour and a City Tour. Our driver drove around some city blocks on repeat at least 3 times. Our driver also had a lack of interesting facts to share on our way to and from Pearl Harbour.

Experience could have been better - Pearl Harbor was great. Our driver missed our pick up, though, and communication was very poor. Our ride was supposed to be there between 10-10:30, and we were told to be ready for pick up at 10. We were getting g picked up at the airport. 10:45 rolled around, and no one was there. We reached out by phone, was told it would be another 10 minutes. At 11, still no pick up. We reached out by phone, text and the app without being able to reach anyone. We finally got ahold of someone, and they said it would be a different vehicle. The ride was nothing like described, no information about anything. Roland was who picked us up, and he seemed very flustered with the whole situation. We had to rush right into our 11:45 ride to the Arizona. We only had a short amount of time then afterwards to go through the museums, which was frustrating. Our ride back to the airport, we had to remind the driver to take us there. He missed the exit on the highway, and we had to make a detour. I know things happen, but it was a poor experience as far as what was expected.

Do on your own - Not worth it. They changed the time from 9:30 to 12:30. Picked up closer to 1. Dropped off and you were on your own. Picked up late for the return. As a result of the time change we sat in a lot of traffic on the return. Driver repeated the same thing over and over. Better off Bering to the site and doing it yourself.
