Highly emotional virw of history ! - Well organised place with good facilities where you need them. The highlight is the deeply emotional visit to The Arizona where you can feel the lost souls ! Tour was easy paced and enjoyed walking the decks of the mighty Missouri. At the time the Aviation Museum had the exhibit I really wanted to see closed. “Swamp Ghost” So, I guess I have to go back !

Seamless, Powerful, and Informative Pearl Harbor Tour - An unforgettable and well-organized experience from start to finish. We were picked up right from our hotel, which made everything super convenient. The tour of Pearl Harbor was powerful and moving, especially visiting the USS Arizona Memorial. On the return trip, the guide gave a brief but insightful historical tour through Honolulu that added even more depth to the experience. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Oahu!

Well worth the money and time. - Great tour - saw everything that we needed to see and experience all of the various museums and sites. Guide was excellent and gave us extremely helpful tips on how to tour the area so that we had enough time to see it all.

Amazing Tour! - This tour was amazing! We had been to Pearl Harbor 20 years ago but didn’t do the full tour. We made sure to take the full tour this time and it was well worth it! My kids (17 & 7) loved the aviation museum and even got to do a flight simulator! Definitely a must do!

A humbling experience. - This was a great tour of the harbor and the city. I have long wanted to visit and better understand the sacrifices our military witnessed that day. This tour brought it all together for me.

NO tour for the money. - We got picked up on time. It was our tour guide’s first day. She was nice, however, I couldn’t really call this a “tour” especially for what we paid. She brought us to the Pearl Harbor site about 8:00 am, gave a bit of history, brought us through the gates and THEN proceeded to tell us that since Covid they were not allowed to give us the actual tour! She gave us our tickets for the different exhibits and instructions on the order to do things and she would meet us in the parking lot at 3:00. We asked if there was anywhere to have lunch, she didn’t know other than a snack shop near the entrance to the boat that goes to The Arizona (please note there are food trucks at the Missouri as well as a food truck near the retired submarine The Bowfin). Not helpful thinking you’re at this location for 7 hours without a lunch plan! She was there at 3:00 - she took us to National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific Oʻahu, we couldn’t get out and walk around and then the Statue of King Kamehameha in downtown Honolulu. That was it. As a person who was born 14 years after the Pearl Harbor attack, I have always wanted to see the Site. It was reverent and they have portrayed a honorable tribute to all those Americans soldiers and laypeople that died that day. I’m glad I went, I just didn’t think my tour was for a ride and some tickets. No offense to the tour guide, she just ended up being a bus driver as there was no “tour” for the most important parts of the day.

Pearl Harbor Transportation NOT tour - Our driver was late picking us up. She stopped off at a Starbucks for anyone who wanted something to eat or drink. On the way there she said we were too early because we couldn’t get there before 7am. When we arrived she handed us our tickets and sent us in our way. Asked us to be back at the bus at 3. Would have been nice to get a heads up on what to expect. Our tickets for the Arizona memorial was scheduled for 1:30 but she didn’t tell us we could sign up for the stand by line to go early. Sometimes afternoon winds shut down the ferry so it’s best to go early. We ended up completing everything at 1:00 and taking a city bus back to our hotel on our own. Basically this tour was only transportation to Pearl Harbor. We learned nothing from the driver and she provided us with no tips or history of the island.
