Great way to see the island - The Full Circle Day Tour provided us the history about Hawaii we were interested in knowing. Our tour guide Schneider kept us entertained and informed throughout the entire tour. He also offered to take pictures of my group which was super nice. The company also called us the day before to remind us about what we can expect while on the tour. This is a great way to see the island and learn about the Hawaiian culture.

Informative - Great tour to get to know the island. Would like to do more in each stop, not only the store, like in the Dole Plantation, no time to go around plantation. Also we passed by turtle beach, I would like to go down and see the turtles. Lots of information about places to visit after the tour if will rent a car.

Just OK - We saw a LOT of different things. There was a lot packed into this experience but it was too long. We were gone for almost 11 but part of that was bc our bus broke down and we stood on the side of the road for 40 minutes waiting for a new one. The place they stop for lunch is definitely not for everyone. I think they should choose somewhere with more of a variety of options

Not what we hoped for - This was a bus tour that was ok at best. The beginning was so disorganized and chaotic. The guy at the waiting area was very rude and non accommodating. Our driver said he was the owner. If they would have just number the buses and assign people to that number it would mark life easier for everyone. The buses were old and uncomfortable we had a back seat that was loud and really really bouncy we could not hear the guide much of the time. The guide Johnny was cool but spent little time talking about Hawaii and a lot of time talking about personal life stories, beer, and a few other things irrelevant to the tour in my own opinion. BE ADVISED IF YOU ARE PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED YOU CANNOT SNORKEL. The turtle snorkel area was really limited you had to walk about 100 yards to the sand then walk another 80 yards to this little tiny spot by some bushes. If you have a cane, crutches, walker, wheel chair, or difficulty walking you cannot go snorkeling safely. It was a shame some could not go snorkeling so they had to sit at the park where the bus dumped them until they came back. If you go any further than the little beach there is a homeless encampment. Do not leave your items without someone watching them. The shrimp stop was excellent and that’s where the company shined. Very organized, and the food was great. The gift shop stop was a bit un-necessary but seemed to be family of some sort. All and all I would not book this company. It fell short of expectations and I learned very little about the island and didn’t feel it was worth the money.

Bad - Waited at Red lobster since 7:30am but no pick up. Booked the trip via tripadvisor. No reply since 3 days before the trip via tripadvisor. Another driver from another company offered me to join his group. Operator please contact me on how to resolve this.

Bus did not show up at pickup location. - We booked this tour a month earlier, we also received confirmation e-mail three days before the trip. On trip day we had waited 45 minutes at the pick up location, the bus did not show up. We called Viator, the person answered the phone did not give us a reason why the bus did not come and just told us go to the tour tomorrow or get refunded. We only have this day available and it was too late to book any other trip. Our entire day was wasted. Very disappointed with VIATOR.

Not good - It was not good because they never picked us up. When I called the root operator he sounded like he had just woke up and was very nonchalant about the situation. We were at the meeting spot at 7:15, was supposed to be picked up at 7:30. No one ever showed and your operator did not care. I then read some reviews and was glad they didn’t show because I got a refund, rented a car for the day and took myself in the tour and had a great time. I do not recommend this tour. The money you spend on tour you can rent a car for the same price or less and take your time and have a great time.

Worst customer service - We suddenly had to change our plans last minute and we’re not able to go on the tour. Reached out to the company since we booked through them right at the 24 hour cancellation mark. Company did not care and just kept telling us that they had already sent the confirmation for the vehicle. We never once saw a confirmation until 4pm that we even had tickets. The reservation agent hung up on me twice, while trying to understand why they have that policy and then not allow you to cancel. They should change the policy to 48 hours if they don’t want to uphold their own policy. I will never use this company again and will tell everyone I know not to use them.
