- Children 17 and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- You should not book a massage if you have a fever, cold/flu, or contagious skin infection. There are also other conditions in which your therapist may need to adapt his/her techniques (i.e. arthritis or osteoporosis, pregnancy) or avoid an area completely (i.e. cuts or burns).
- You should wear comfortable clothing.
- Open daily from 9 AM to 7 PM
- Please arrive five to ten minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Traffic has gotten increasingly bad in Honolulu, so please allow extra time to navigate to us.
- Please give us as much notice as possible if you know you are going to be late for your appointment. In most cases we will need to shorten your appointment accordingly to accommodate clients scheduled after you.
- Hawaii Natural Therapy is located at 350 Ward Avenue, Honolulu, between downtown Honolulu and the Ala Moana shopping center. We are on the second floor.
- The most convenient free parking is across the street at Ward Gateway Center, in front of Ohana Hale Marketplace. Type 333 Ward Avenue, Honolulu, into your GPS.

Awesome for Anti-Stress and Muscle Aches - I've been to Hawaii Natural Therapy a few times and it is always amazing. If you have aches and pains or are stressed, this is the place to make it all go away. Thank you so much! Akiko and Willimina are both fantastic!

Target/Pressure Point Massage - Your clinic has exceeded my expectations. I have had an excellent experience with Paul who was my therapist both times. Appointment scheduling was so easy and the girl today at the service desk was way above par. At first I had no idea she was new because of how professional she was. Parking was definitely so easy, and your massage clinic is very easy to find, was not lost or wandering at all. I was able to directly find it. The welcome at the clinic was very calming, professional, and appropriate for my service. Paul is unlike any therapist I have had and I am pleased with how much knowledge he had with fixing my knots in my back. I am highly prone to high cortisol levels so he was able to find the exact target points in order to ease my body and mind. He is also very kind and understanding. I’m looking forward to my next booked session!

Ahhhhhhhh Feeling Great - Highly recommend! 've been taking advantage of their specials for 3yrs now because I love their massages. I've have different masseuses but noticed they were similar in style. I typically get the Swedish massage. Wilhelmina was my masseuse yesterday and last year. She's really good and knows how to work those knots. Just tell her what areas to work on too. I purchased the Halloween special which was 3- 1hour massages for $180.00, what a deal!!!! The manager, Ivana is always accommodating and allowed me and my girlfriend to buy this special even after the special expired. Ivana is great on customer service and also givés great massages too. My girlfriend had her as her masseuse. Parking is free across the street at Ohana Hale Market (old Sports Authority parking lot), so convenient. Went to eat there after my massage.

Not a fancy spa but met my expectations for what it was - My husband and I got a couple's LomiLomi massage and enjoyed every minute of it. Great staff and ambiance. Highly recommended
