Some of the best... - Some of the best instructors we have encountered. Shane and Neil are patient and knowledgeable. they love to surf and it shows in their instructing. I am so glad they shared their knowledge with us.

Fun in the sun - My daughter Asjha wanted to surf in Hawaii, she had surfing lesson long time ago and wanted to get back into it so I booked one. I've read the reviews in viator, and I picked this one. The communication where to meet with Shane was good but I didn't realize it was a parking lot, so I was a little confused, but people seemed to know Shane very well and helped us out.
The surfing lesson went well, and we are very happy with my daughter. My husband, and I felt at ease watching them and both instructors were right there with both girls, watching and making sure they were both safe. My daughter definitely had a great time and the video and pictures taken by the instructors are much appreciated. My husband and I recommend both instructors for their professionalism and making sure their students are safe. I will definitely book again if we are back in Oahu.

Great lesson! - Darren was absolutely wonderful. Extremely helpful and patient with my daughter who had never surfed before. She said whenever she did manage to stand up, he was incredibly enthusiastic and when she wiped out, he was constructive and encouraging. Overall a super fun time!!

Book these guys! You won’t regret it! - These guys are amazing! Super friendly, outgoing, and fun! The lesson was awesome. I wrote at least 10 waves! These guys are very encouraging and supportive in the water. I would highly recommend them. They have been surfing. This reef for a long time and are very knowledgeable. It was a great day and a fun time!

Ike Nui - Great time! The team did a fantastic job. Most people were able to get up on first or second try. Caught at least 15 waves and probably could have gotten more but I ran out of gas. Nice job guys!

We love Shane - My husband and I hit the jackpot with Shane and Kama! I am a beginner surfer but my husband is a little more advanced. Shane stuck with me and Kama took my husband. Shane was such a skillful teacher as he gave not only physical, but mental direction as well. He was so positive and complimentary. Even when I knew I didn’t do a great job, he found some way to boost my morale and motivate me to keep trying. He clearly loves his job, the sport, and people. He brought Kama on for the same reasons. Kama was able to teach my husband some advanced skills to help him reach his own personal goals. We were both so thrilled with the experience. After surfing, we were planning to get a bite to eat and wanted to try a hole in the wall, locals spot. Shane said he was going to eat at his favorite place and gave us a ride. We ate with him and got to know him even more. We learned he is also a tour guide and he was kind enough to give us a North Shore itinerary which we followed and loved! I could not recommend this company any more. It was the perfect start to our Hawaiian vacation!

So much fun! - So much fun but A LOT of work so be prepared for a full workout! The instructors were very helpful and friendly. If you want to learn how to surf and stand up on the board, this is the pick for you!

Best surfing experience - This was the best start to our vacation!! The instructors were awesome. They want you to succeed and get up and surf on your own more than you do. They go above and beyond to help you get up on your board!! Would highly highly recommend them! There was someone out there to get shots of you surfing for you to purchase later!! Well worth it!
