Lefkada - Beautiful beaches, with unexplained blue, in addition to the super welcoming environment. A fantastic experience, escaping the trivial Greek.

Magic Island, time passes slowly there - An unexpected Greek island, with colors that if you don't see them you wouldn't believe could exist, the kiosks along the streets are beautiful with eager people selling oil, olives and honey made by them, beautiful for the sea for the various taverns where you can eat at any time of day, and perfect for trekking or mountain bike lovers. 15 wonderful days. Absolutely worth seeing and discovering.

spectacular and relaxing - very spectacular island! Lefkada, like all islands, ionie is very green and of a very Mediterranean bundle. fabulous beaches and small excursions even in the interior. given the winding and even sloping inland roads, it is an island to get around by car even if small.

Wind island with wonderful beaches - Lefkada is an island where the wind becomes a constant. If you love kitesurfing and/or windsurfing you are in the right place.there are from two or three perfect places for your needs. Those who do not have this passion can go far and wide for the various beaches now almost all equipped, the costs range from 10 to 15 euros, where the colors of the sea invite you every second. PS useful shoes that you can buy safely on site. Some beaches can only be reached after descending the 100 to 400 steps that have become their nicknames. Even in these places where getting off and up several times is an Enterprise, there are people who propose delivery bringing your orders directly to the beach. For those who are not afraid to fly we recommend the unique parasailing experience that makes you see from 'high many of the beaches to live. For coffee lovers my advice is to bring from home the "machine" The minimum cost is 2 euros and Greek coffee is not comparable to Italian. Lefkada Town and Nidry are the two centers where shops and stalls can satisfy the desire for souvenirs to buy. For the food if you want to have lunch or dinner based on fish with a vein of Italian uncle faith is a mast (prices are adjusted to what you ask along with quality) if you want to taste Greek cuisine instead each taberna can meet your needs, even here be careful.

Very nice but unclear program - Beaches were beautiful but we have not been to Agiofili Beach according to the program of TripAdvisor. Instead we went to (according to Google maps) Lakka beach. Getting on the boat at Egremni Beach is quite rough. The crew pulls you up the stairs hard. Older people, too. At Katsiki beach we didn't go ashore. However, we could swim from the boat. That wasn’t clear either, which scared my kids that they had to stay in the sea for another 10 minutes. And eventually got in the boat faster and could have stayed swimming/playing longer. We sat outside on the upper deck and could not understand what was being said through the speakers. As a result, the programme was not clear. The kids and I really enjoyed it. The water is particularly light blue or clear. Oh, great.

If you hope to find sandy beaches FORGET THEM - the message with which customers are sought to visit these 3 beaches of "sand" is deceptive as sandy beaches do not exist so careful especially for families with children, you have only stones mixed with a little 'sand and beautiful sea but that slopes immediately and therefore unsuitable for children
