Relaxing and fun. Felt very worthwhile - We really enjoyed this day cruise! It was smooth sailing and had three floors, so it felt spacious. The captain was fun and friendly. We saw some great beaches!

I spent 4 days deciding which company to use, and so glad I picked this one! - I researched every single company cruising from Nidri before deciding on this one and my summary is: - I regret nothing. It was brilliant, crew were nice, captain was lovely, it was relaxed, stunning beaches, good cocktails, for me at this time of year it was the perfect cruise. - I initially booked with a smaller company but changed when I saw how packed their boat was the day before. Yes, Makedonia Palace will get packed in peak season, but in May or just outside peak season it wasn’t even half full which meant tonnes of space for everyone compared to the full smaller boats. The facilities stayed adequate and it was really enjoyable. - There is a lot more time spent on this boat compared to smaller ones, so depends what you want. I like cruising and chilling, and also wanted to go to Kefalonia which the small ones don’t, so this worked nicely and was cheaper. We had a 1 hour stop at Porto Katsiki, over an hour at Fiskardo in Kefalonia and I think 45 mins ish at another beach on the way back. In peak season when it’s packed, I may have preferred longer off the boat so opted for a smaller one and missed Kefalonia, but for May this was perfect. - So my advice is, if you’re here in school holidays then expect a packed out boat. You’re going to get that whatever company you use, so make your decision based on your priorities of time on/off boats. If you’re here early/late or out of season then you’ll have loads of space and probably love this as much as I did. I’d highly recommend. Thanks Captain and crew!

The Makedonia Palace is a beautiful, well-maintained boat with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the stunning views of the Ionian Sea. Whether lounging on the deck, swimming in the crystal-clear waters, or soaking in the sun, there was something for everyone. Captain Costa and his team went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and having a great time throughout the trip. From sharing local knowledge and pointing out hidden gems along the coast to making sure everyone had refreshments and everything they needed, their attention to detail was second to none. If you're looking for a memorable and relaxing day out in the Ionian, I highly recommend a trip aboard the Makedonia Palace. We came back with smiles, great memories, and a strong desire to book again!

Best Day out from Nidri a Must do!!! - Absolutely fabulous day doing this cruise. All the crew are amazing and the sights are a must. Lunch is very good also. Thank you for the best day. Highly recommend to everyone it's a great day where you see amazing coastlines, villages, beaches you dream of and beautiful caves.

The perfect one-day trip - If you want to explore the “pearls” around and on Lefkada take this trip. Turquoise water, paradise beaches, amazing views, nice staff and clean, big boat. Happy hour for cocktails, lunch included and everything you need on the board 🫡
