Additional Information

Nuremberg, for many years, had been the clandestine hub of the Holy Roman Empire of Germany, hosting the prominent Nuremberg Diets. These congregations allowed for meetings between the emperor of the Holy Empire and the prince electors. Due to its vital role, it was chosen as a propaganda hub during the Third Reich. Hitler viewed Nuremberg as a stronghold of Germanic traditions, making it the congress capital to keep the memory and inheritance of the August Germanic Empire of medieval times alive in Nazi architecture. The city’s importance was such that Julius Streicher, one of the regime’s foremost anti-Semitic figures, resided here. He was the owner and proponent of the weekly publication, Der Stürmer. The town was bestowed the accolade of the German city par excellence and was represented as the most loyal city to the regime above all others.

a well-conducted 3rd Reich history class - I have taken several tours in several cities in Europe (I would say about 30) and today's with fede was by far one of the best, the level of preparation and knowledge as well as the thread of the places that are visited makes very clear in a few hours what this city represented for the 3rd Reich.

Federico the Best Guide for Afternoons in Nuremberg - We did the Third Reich Tour with Federico in the afternoon and it was an amazing experience. It introduced us through the most picturesque places of Nuremberg in the history of the beginning of the third Reich and World War II with images related to those. Federico is a very documented and Pro Guide who conveys his passion for history and makes you enjoy every moment of the tour in a very special way. Thanks Federico. We will repeat with you a tour but in Rothenburg ob der Tauber. We leave it pending for the next visit
