Impressive experience thanks to good guide - Highly recommended. For two hours, our guide Sylvia managed to paint a chilling picture of the ideas of the NS leaders at the time. Not a moment bored by the enthusiasm and skill of the guide.

Moving - Standing where hitler stood - a memorable but very unpleasant feeling! The guide really explained things well and brought the site to life.

An interesting and beautiful place - It is a very nice walk, you can walk from Nuremberg, along a very nice path and the place itself, makes you see the magnitude of how you could manipulate the masses.

Wide open space without much context - This WWII “excursion” to the former Nazi Party Rally Grounds was part of our Viking Cruises extension in Nurnberg. The only remaining structure is the stripped-down viewing stand which needs structural repair. But you can still climb up onto the top section. The wide-open seven-acre area in front was initially used for the assembled public and military but is now part of a vehicle raceway and soccer pitches. It should be visited for what it was not for what it currently is. This site needs material providing historical context.
