Great experience and value - Loved our guides - Cesar, Chato, Alex, May and Rafa. It was safe and fast paced. They gave us a great variety of thrills and activities

Adventure of a lifetime we will talk about for years! - This adventure made the top of our list for the best thing we've ever done! Our family went ages 11-47. We were met off the cruise ship with a guide and taken to a speed boat that was exhilarating! Took a ride on an open back of a vehicle called an unimog through rural areas and saw how other parts of the world lived; that was eye opening. When we arrived to base camp we got our gear, met our tour guides and rode mules to the top on the mountains! We went on crazy ziplines, down waterfalls, repelled off a rope, did a roller coaster zipline and thrilling water slides! I was nervous that our boys 11 and 13 would of chicken out but the guides Randy, Loza, Andy, Daniel and Lancer ensured they'd be safe and that they would love it! My kids were then fearless and I was amazed that they did it! I felt safe on the ziplines as they are doubled fastened and the guides are so safe! We couldn't have asked for a better adventure team! So positive and they all get along so well and had great team work, making you have a great time laughing, having fun all while feeling safe! We purchased the photos ($250 for a family of 4 with videos, a book and a plaque) that we will keep for a lifetime! Way better than those boring family photos=)! Plus they turned out great! We cannot recommend this adventure and team enough! Everyone on our cruise who did the adventure couldn't say enough about it either, a few even came back on the cruise just to do this adventure again! Bring a change of clothes and good shoes, maybe bug spray and sunscreen!

Crazy Fun Adventure - Exceeded expectations! When I booked this trip, my wife said it was a scam because there is no way we would do all this stuff for the price. Nope, it was real, and real fun!

Amazing experience, worth it! - Incredible experience! Staff was super professional and checked in on us throughout the day. Would recommended this to everyone who visits PV! We had some issues with other guests and the staff took our concerns seriously and helped us feel comfortable and have a great time!

Adventure Awaits! - What a day! This package is jam packed with fun filled activities in the jungle! You do not want to miss this. The staff were very accommodating right from the beginning to the end. From getting on the speedboat, to getting on a 4x4 truck, to riding the mules, to the ziplines, to the rappelling, to the waterslides, to the skycoaster. This was an amazing day and I cannot wait to explore what else Vallarta Adventures has to offer! FYI, pack an extra pair of clothes because YOU WILL GET SOAKED FROM HEAD TO TOE. They have a bag that they keep your groups' bags together and they keep it locked away. Also, no GoPros or cameras allowed because you're going to be flying everywhere so it made sense and they had a staff member responsible for taking pictures and videos which you will have to pay extra for. We paid for ours and we LOVED it. At the end, you'll have an option to buy drinks and eat the foods that is part of your package, HOWEVER, YOU MUST purchase the quesadilla for extra and it is worth it!!! The local lady and bartender are amazing and SO NICE, we loved chatting with them. I cannot recommend this group enough and we will be back to support them always!

Key Details You Should Know - Overall excellent experience and well with the cost of ticket. I don’t know if I just didn’t read the details closely enough or if the experience description was quite correct - but here are a few details to be aware of:
1. If you go in the ‘winter’ months - it will be cold in the morning. The boat ride, the truck ride, and the water are COLD. Bring a sweatshirt for best enjoyment.
2. The ATV ride is a truck - driven by someone else. For sure this is an ATV - but it’s not exactly what I had in mind - I was thinking the cool quads - that you ride around with a helmet and stuff.
3. You WILL get fully wet in the mountain rivers. Several zip lines end with you landing in water. There are 2 water slides as well. The water is freezing. I think in the summer months it would feel great! Winter you will be chilled.
4. The zip lines and roller coaster and slides are bigger and faster than other zip line courses we’ve been on! They are well maintained and the staff are very professional. But - some of them you do get jerked around a bit and I would be cautious if I had neck or shoulder issues.
5. One weird aspect was their photography upsell —they have a photographer coming along and at the end they offer you packages of photos. The packages were so bizarrely expensive it seemed like a joke/ we actually asked, do you mean in pesos?? The highest package was $269 USD. The lowest package was for a digital zip drive of the photos/videos for $139 USD. It did make it easy to just say ‘no thanks’.
6. Bring a change of shoes and clothes for best comfort after the experience.

Exhilarating and adrenaline infused! - The overall adventure was exhilarating and adrenaline infused! We kept wondering what was next (how can they top what happened a minute ago) and they did! The guides were professional and knowledgeable. The company itself is well run! Top of the line equipment...we never felt unsafe. This adventure set the bar high...it will be hard to find another adventure that packs so much into one experience!

Adventure time at the adventure park - Such a great time. whole whole team made sure we were cared for and the zip lines had extra safety features that helped. the water was very cold and i definitely recommend bringing water shoes to this for the best walking comfort. awesome time!

You HAVE to do this excursion! - My boyfriend & I did this excursion while in port. This was hands down the BEST excision I’ve ever done on any vacation/cruise. This tour involved a 25-30 min boat ride (2 times) and riding mules up the mountain &ATV/caravan type of ride to our final destination. On the tour you zip line, go down a slide, repel down a rock wall & many other things. After words, we had lunch and drinks on site before being taken back to our cruise ship. Overall a wonderful day! other than the fun activities, the staff helped make this experience safe, fun & enjoyable. I’d recommend this excursion & company to anyone.
