Well worth it!! - I did this trip with Erik and team and had my 9 year old in toe. This crew is fantastic, I was so impressed. They provided us a snack and bottle or water and a towel as well. The lunch was fantastic and they were very accommodating to my picky child. I echo the sentiment that it would’ve been nice to have a few mins after the sea lions to sunscreen again, however we were so busy having fun that was very minor. Also we did buy photos (Ricardo did wonderfully). If you can buy the package online in advance do so, they are not cheap but it was worth it to capture the memories of such an incredible day. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone. Thank you again to Erik and team for making a wonderful day that we will never forget.

Ocean Mania was Amazing - Erik was our guide for Ocean Mania February 4. The whole crew that we had was amazing!!!! They made the whole excursion fun, we laughed a lot. They have the best personalities to for the job they have! They made it seem like they were part of our group instead of our guides/instructors/drivers/photographers. I would definitely go on another excursion with them! We had a blast! Highly recommend!!!!

Absolutely go for it! Worth every dollar. - I can’t recommend this tour enough. We had SO much fun on the ocean mania tour. The meal included was delicious as well. The tour guides made it extra fun. Totally go! The only thing is buy your photo package online before hand…it’s totally worth it. But buying it afterwards is crazy expensive. We still did it tho cuz the photos and videos were so so good

Wild, wet and wonderful! - My husband and I recently spent a fantastic day with Vallarta Adventures and chose the day long package, Ocean Mania. What a blast! From meeting an actual sea lion face-to-face (and getting a kiss from her) to an exhilarating boat ride on “The Thriller“, to tandem parasailing – that was just the morning! We were then transported via a speedboat to a private cove where more activities awaited: banana boat rides, zip lining into the ocean, the crazy “Spinner” (which my daredevil husband did, but I did not) to the surfing simulator – FlowRider, it was more than an action packed day. Oh yes, and we had a fabulous lunch (included) served on their ocean view Terrace. Throughout the entire day, staff were organized, super friendly, always conscious of safety and made sure we had the best day ever. If you are looking for water, fun, and adventure with an excellent company, I would highly recommend Ocean Mania with Vallarta Adventures. Worth every dollar (or peso)!

Water Mania - Excellent!!! Had the best time with my family! Vallarta Adventures really does a great job! Checking in was flawless. Boarded our boat and headed to Nuevo Nayarit/Vallarta. (Helpful note, don’t apply sunscreen until after meeting sea lion. They make you take it off to protect the chemicals from the sea lion.) There we greeted the sea lion. Thoroughly enjoyed the speed boat “Thriller” super fun!! Shout out to Diablo our driver and Diego our tour guide. They were the best!! Parasailing was a blast. From there we headed to Las Caletas where we did the flow rider, zipline into the ocean, water slide, banana boat, and spinner. Prioritize what activities are most important because there’s not enough time to do everything. Lunch was DELICIOUS!!!! They really treat you like family on the adventure. Yummy food and drinks!!! We enjoyed our lunch relaxing on comfy benches. We didn’t want leave. We purchased the photo package when we bought our tickets. Soooooo worth it! They take pictures and videos of everything you do. You don’t need your cellphone. They will take amazing pictures for you. It was nice not to have to worry about anything. The crew does an amazing job keeping you safe, informed and having a wonderful time. There is a lot of walking uphill so be prepared. It’s best to wear water shoes! Shout out to all the crew…Diego you’re the best tour guide, Diablo, Danny, Brandon, Juan, Aurelio, Jeremy, and the entire Chihuahua Family! Thank you for making our adventure fun and enjoyable.

Maximum fun - A great water park, we enjoyed it to the fullest, the transfer to the island is very fast since it is on a speed boat, the activities are 10/10, the staff raffles them off so you can enjoy them to the fullest, it has lockers so you can leave your things (You will always be wet) and the food 10/10 is a very tasty grilled baguette and you can choose between chicken, beef and vegan. So many activities included and super friendly & personable staff. Must try!! - Sooo much fun!! Shout out to Alejo running the zip line at Las Caletas (during Ocean Mania), Carol our tour guide was so kind and professional, also big thank you Eddy and Danny who were accompanied on the boat. The people running the parasailing on April 29th were also great!! Just forgot their names. My boyfriend and I were surprised and so happy with how many activities this included. We did parasailing, got to swim w sea lions, a group boat called the “thriller” w fun turns, and then we even went to one side of the island Las Caletas where we did a water slide, short zip line, banana boat, and my boyfriend’s and I’d favourite tube called “The Spinner” attached to the jet ski and they try to make you fall off into the water. An amazing lunch was included in a secluded area with the most beautiful view- the experience was unreal! Plus to get around to each activity we enjoyed a ride through the ocean on a motorboat, so peaceful. Thank you ! Would do it again and makes us excited to keep trying more excursions !

Recommend!! - Excursion was great! Our family had a blast! They did a great job at keeping us all together. Only thing bad I have to say is we did the sea lions first so they told us to wash off all the sunscreen etc. for the safety of the animals (which I support) however I wish they would have set some time aside for us to reapply as once we are wet it's hard to put back on. Majority of my family ended up burning on the excursion because of this. None of us had an idea where we were going to come out on the waterslide haha. Zipline line up was extremely long and wait times were a little brutal. The photographer took her break as soon as it was our turns so only 2/7 got photos doing that which was disappointing. Lunch was spectacular, I cannot eat bread and so they gave me this wonderful salad instead (only didn't have any dressing) Overall I would do this again in a heart beat or any of the Vallarta adventures, ALL of the staff was fantastic! But Angel was our favourite - he was extremely knowledable, friendly, funny and just made the experience that much better! Pro tip, put your lip chap in your bathing suit so you have it on you the whole time as you leave your bag on the boat fairly often.

First half was great, second half- not so much. - Seems like it should have been 2 different tours. Started with meeting seals, then to the sea to parasail and a crazy fun boat ride but then it was a 35-40 minute boat ride to the water park, which is both fairly dangerous and very restrictive in height/age/weight. For example, the zip line pulls you into the ocean, you don't drop in so you legs/feet hit pretty hard and there is a 'step up' activity that injured two in my party of 14. The first half was a lot of fun, second half we could have done without.

Boat broke, no pareceiling, no refund - Boat broke, did not do Pareceiling and company does not offer refund. Reschedule only. What a piss off. Ohhh...and....get ready to spend entire day to reschedule. BTY money I paid for taxi went to he'll. I'd have to pay again to get there. Great policy! Shame
