Fast efficient service - Driver was prompt and waiting for us upon arrival. Easy to locate each other. Close proximity to vehicle for a quick exit from airport. Friendly driver who shared a nice bit of information during our trip into Oslo which took us about 45 minutes.

Excellent transfer service in Oslo - Our transfer from the airport to our hotel was perfect!. Our driver, Jawad, was waiting for us as we came out of baggage claim with our name displayed so he was easy to find, and he was very patient and waited for us when our flight was delayed. He was very kind and courteous and a good driver.

Good experience - Good experience, driver was on time. I grabbed my luggage from the carousel and he had his phone up with my name on it. Easy to find! He the took my bag and I followed him to the car and off we went.

A mixed experience - This could well have been a "Not Recommended " rating because of a couple of things. First, no one was at hand to meet and greet us at the airport. We got a call with a " where are you, can you come out of the airport". Then a signal to make our way to where the taxis were. So had to lug our bags not to a car but a taxi ?? Had to double check that we would not be charged again !
The driver was polite enough but understandably sheepish after we questioned him about not meeting the experience we were expecting.
We got to our hotel safely enough so that was good.

Terrible Young Inexperienced Driver - The driver threatened to leave us at the airport if we did not pay him an equivalent to $50 usd because the immigration was so slow. He drove a minimum of 20 km per hour over the speed limit even in tight tunnels and was less than a car link from the car in front of him. He never used a blinker to change lanes, he constantly was punching in different music on his phone which he listened to and tapped along with the music on the steering wheel, drove with 1 hand on the steering wheel the whole time...etc. He is a menace to the road and will eventually get himself or someone else hurt. He never tried to interact with us so the fact that he spoke English did not matter.

Awful. - There was a long line for customs, and they refused to come at a later time to complete the service. They wanted to charge me $20 every ten minutes, when I still had over an hour is customs. I left the airport with no plan, and no carseat for my toddler. I will never use this service again. I provided my flight time, airline information, etc to this xompany so they had all of the necessary information.
