Great evening - They did a great job with everything. Boat was fun, snorkeling spots were full of fish, and food was great.

Absolutely Amazing - Amazing experience for our whole family, great times had, food good, the staff are amazing and make this cruise even better. Not overcrowded so felt very personal.
My only gripe was not enough snorkelling time, 2 sessions about 10-15 mins each.

Magical sunset - Amazing experience, the statues are super crowded as expected, but while everyone else swam with the statues we saw a turtle in shallow water. The boat is gorgeous, the staff are lovely, the cocktails are tasty and the food was delicious. A stunning way to see the sunset. The group was a perfect size, the boat wasn't cramped. Jellyfish were a challenge, so bring a rash top.

I would do it again! - The team is super professional and friendly. They go above and beyond. I booked the sunset cruise for my birthday and as a solo traveler I felt in great company. Lots of laughs.

Magical and amazing ! - The most magical snorkeling trip ever. We have been snorkeling in many countries but this was our favorite bar none. We took the sunset cruise and saw turtles, beautiful fish and so many other sites . The general manager Vicky kept us well fed and safe. The crew under her guidance were amazing also. I can’t recommend Utopia enough. The boat was luxurious, comfortable and met all of our recommendation . We will return next year and this will be our go to company from now on.

Magical! You will not be disappointed ! - Beyond magical! The general manager Vicky was gracious, kind and caring. The crew was fantastic too. They kept us safe in the water and took us to the most amazing spots! We saw turtles, amazing coral and beautiful fish. The boat was beautiful , food was good as were the cocktails. We took the sunset cruise. Best snorkeling trip ever! We will be back next year and we will never use anyone else.

Fantastic experience - Great boat, fantastic friendly crew and beautiful food. Great experience, well worth the money. Vicky, our tour guide was very friendly and helpful. The snorkelling was beautiful. We saw heaps of amazing fish, turtles and statues. The sunset was to die for.

A great experience. Dear - Luxury has a price! So it's luxurious. The catamaran is beautiful, the crew attentive and the snorkeling equipment very good quality.
We were 14 (max 18) each find their place, comfortable to enjoy a dream afternoon that was supposed to last 5 hours and actually lasts only 4h30. The first snorkeling spot is very popular: statues begin to cover themselves with canals and attract multicolored fish. We couldn't make the second spot: low tide, danger for corals and swimmers. The third was brief: infested with mini jellyfish.
Fortunately the boat anchored off Lombok in deep waters. The time to jump off the bridge for those who wanted and swim around the boat for others. Beautiful sunset.
L afternoon is interspersed with treats and the evening ends with a buffet. Quality correct.
BUT all drinks are paid and expensive (except water) on top of the already very high Cruise Award.
I regretted that for the Award, it was not all inclusive or at least the promised and unreceived glass of prosecco and a drink with dinner.
No regrets but the feeling of being the tourist to tax as much as possible.

Catamaran decent but bad personal experience - Decent trip but not as sold . decent diving spots etc , but few things we felt we missed out on . the main thing for us was the gopro footage they were meant to take . we managed to get no footage as guide was too busy with other people that were not as good swimmers so we missed out .
I proposed on this trip , leading up to the trip i was in close contact with utopia over whatsapp and they were great . they had helped me arrange private photographer for
myself to capture the moment . after the trip when i received photos i was shocked , majority of the photos were not even of myself or now fiancée but off random people on boat and random catamaran staff.
so from the 300 photos , approx 80 include me. this was £150 which is a lot of money over there . also utopia contacted me afterwards to ask if they could use my pictures for instagram etc . i thought this would be pictures from our proposal but they seemed to have only used the pictures to advertise their staff on insta… i just feel robbed i’ve paid £150 for 200 approx photos of random people and utopia are now using this for their instagram profile . i would feel better if utopia contributed towards the camera man because it seems they have got free photographer from my money .
and photos from photographer- were not the best . so from the actual moment on the knee he only captured one really bad photo . i mean out of every photo he should’ve taken that would have been the most important and not random people on a boat and staff.
