Its was awesome and every thing is in safe hands . - Guys this is my 2nd booking by this tour and as always Mr.hardy have been very top notch with their customer service and ensure their trips is enjoyable. With a good team of porter and guide.
This Mt.rinjani 3d2n trip was awesome and magical.
They provide other tour in lombok too just message Mr.hardy he is a super Awesome guy.

2-day hike to the top of Mt Rinjani - Enjoyed it! From reception already immediately felt at home, nice and involved introduction, and fine accommodation for the first night. You can still book some last-minute supplies for the mountain (I highly recommend booking the poles, headlamp and gloves!). They also organize everything for you! Food, drinks, tent, etc is lifted up for you, so you only have to carry your own bag. The food is extensive, varied, ample and tastes good!
Two days, first day you walk to base camp. Long trip, expect a running time between 6 and 7 hours. Second day you will be woken up in the night with coffee and a small breakfast, after which you will walk the 4 hour trek to the top. Don't underestimate these, dress well and start easy! But wow, what is it worth!
Highly recommended, fun and involved guidance and a fantastic experience!

Rinjani Summit - We booked with Mr.Hardy for the two day one night Trekking tour to Summit Mount Rinjani. Mr.Hardy was very responsive over text and always replied with fast, helpful answers. Our group size and pick up time changed a lot and he was very patient and accomodating. Pick up was arranged from Kuta (the other side of the island) and drop of to Sengiggi (2 hours from Senaru) which is included in the price. We set off the tour trekking after a free breakfast nice and early the next day. All the equipment you need is available to rent for a low price. Our guide Arif was wonderful, supporting us when needed, laughing and joking with us and carrying the biscuits. The porters carried our supplies and cooked us Amazing meals. Nasi Gireng at base camp and Pisang Goreng (fried Bananas) are a real treat. Basecamp itself is incredible as it’s on the crater ridge of a volcano, sleeping here was a great experience. We were looked after extremely well. We summited the following morning and it was the experience of a lifetime. Well worth the money and something I will never forget. We got lots of photos with Arif and he took lots for us too. He was patient and so kind. If you are thinking of doing Rinjani, you should do it, you’ll never forget it

Super satisfied, full of success - We did the 2D1N tour with this organization.
We decided on the tour at short notice and received quick feedback and information from the beginning.
We didn't have to worry about anything, everything was set up. From transportation to accommodation, additional trekking equipment, food and more.
During the hike we felt safe at all times. We were fed delicious meals and got snacks in between.
We had a great experience through the organization and would book the tour again with Mr. Hardy.

Highly rewarding - I did the 3 day hike - excellent experience, the peak hike is tough but very rewarding, and the guides, porters and fellow hikers were all superb. The landscape is beautiful, with the three day option giving more locations with fewer people around.

2D1N Tour to Seranu Crater Rim - We made the 2D1N tour to the Seranu crater rim and were very excited.
Communication and Orga with Mr. Hardy was reliable and fast from the start. He actually speaks super German and is happy to be able to talk to his guests in German.
We were picked up a day before the tour especially from the region around Tetebatu and then had a very warm welcome.
The tour itself was super organized: We arrived early at the crater rim and still had enough time to enjoy the view and later the sunset in peace. The guides and porters were friendly throughout, attentive and paid close attention to all participants. The food was delicious and the portions more than sufficient.
After returning from the hike we were even offered a warm shower, which we had also very much needed. And we were also provided with lunch.
Transport to the port was also organized for us and was included.
Overall a truly incomparable tour, which we can clearly recommend and would definitely do again.

Great experience for a day trip to Rinjani Crater with my 16 year old son - There are so many agencies that organize trekking to ride Rinjani that we did not know which one to choose, and we did not want to go wrong! Other travellers have recommended this agency, and we do not regret it at all! What an amazing experience! Mr Hardy is a lovely person, who speaks several languages, very friendly, very accommodating, and very professional.
Moreover, it is a legend there because his father was one of the first guides of the Rinjani, and he took over with more than 160 trekkings as guide too. Suffice to say, he knows everything by heart.
We would have liked to trek to the summit over 2 days, but unfortunately (because of a change on our return flight to France), we only had one day on site in Senaru.
So Mr Hardy arranged and organized us a day trip to the crater on the day with a great guide. On the program, 2000m of positive elevation gain up to the crater, just my son and I (great because I don't like to walk in groups with people who don't have the same rhythm!), 3h30 uphill and 3h30 downhill with a break of 1h uphill. We met quite a group who did the same thing as us but staying one night at the crater (with the right to sunrise in the morning, it must be beautiful, if we had + time, we would have done it). In short, thanks to Mr Hardy, we were still able to go to the crater during the day, and we had an incredible time. Thanks again!

Trek 3days/2N - The trek was very well organized! It was too good, not easy especially the last straight but it was worth it! Guides and porters who always have a smile, energy to sell!! They are all simply exceptional! The landscape is varied and it was a great experience, I recommend
