Amazing Rinjani eco friendly trekking, 3 days, 2 nights - What a fantastic experience this was, with many thanks to Adi, Irpan and our porters! Via via we got in touch with Adi, a super friendly man who offers different types of rinjani trekkings. He responds quickly to everything and thinks very well with you. The night before the trekking you sleep in Adi's ecovillage, beautifully situated in nature, without sounds of the city (and mosque). New bungalows are being built, entirely sustainable, with bamboo and wood from the forest further down. ECO Friendly! Adi tells us about his mission. To keep the rinjani as clean as possible. The guides and porters bring a large bag every day for trekking to collect waste and bring it back. We helped pick up some plastic ourselves. So if you care about nature, this organization is really a super good one! Many other organizations unfortunately care little about nature on the rinjani:(. In the evening we eat delicious at Adi and on the morning before departure we get a nice little breakfast. Then we are picked up and leave with 1 other boy to Sembalun, where we start. The groups at Adi are small, so the contact is very personal and you get to know Adi and his team well. At the start we meet our guide Irpan. He's the first hero of the story. What a lovely man, and what a joy every day. He really got us mentally up that mountain, and physically safe again. We did the 3 days 2 nights trekking, and if we could have chosen again afterwards, would have chosen 3 nights as starting trekkers for the 4 days. On day 2 you go to the top very early in the night, and my god that is so heavy! Tip: bring really good warm clothes, a thick sweater and windproof thick jacket and gloves you will really need. We didn't have this and we knew it;). Because of this we lost too much energy and decided to walk another route back on that same day 2, not along the lake. If you do hiking more often then the 3 days 2 nights I think is fine to do, but if you don't know what you're in for, you might benefit from our story. Don't underestimate it. Irpan was extremely understanding and looked at other options to get back down safely and whole. We were able to do another route down and ended up sleeping a bit closer to the start the 2nd night. Again, Irpan has arranged so much for us, if you have him as a guide, you have a winner! The other two heroes were our two porters. They carry all your camping equipment and all food and drinks for 3 days. I watched them go up and down that mountain in amazement, a lot of respect and appreciation for them. They were also really good chefs and have cooked delicious for us (nasi, mie, curry pancakes and fruit!) Make sure you bring enough cash with you on the draw, because it is really no more than neat to tip the porters and guide! We've had a really hard time, as starting trekkers, but Irpan has made sure we've had a great experience, and we look back on this experience with pride. Adi, Irpan and porters: terima kasih kalian hebat (and Hati Hati Licin!/Beware smooth!)

The porters were superstars and the food they prepared was better than any restaurant. They all made the experience so great and I would definitely recommend Rinjani Trek Adventures to anyone considering.

Great adventure! - Amazing experience with the best team! The treck is hard, but you can’t compare with the job the porters do carrying all you need to stay for the night(s). They are also great cooks. If you plan to do the trek, poles are a must (even if you are not uses to them). If it’s dry season, a gaiter is also a must to avoid brrathing all the sand. Thank you very much Irfan, Lehen, Ahir and Kemal, for this unforgettable experience. I wish you all the best!

Nice trek - We did the trek with 4 of us with a guide and 3 porters and it was a wonderful experience! We had a very good time with the guide, who guided us correctly and helped when one of the group sprained his ankle! We were very lucky to have Ip as our guide. The porters were exceptional, they always made sure we had everything ready before we even arrived (thanks so much Uda, Hen and Ris) Greetings Mr Popcorn!

11/10 - 11/10 One of my fav memories of Lombok. I did the 3D/2N Rinjani trekking with 5 other ppl. From my point of view the trip was very well organised, they knew what they were doing and I enjoyed every moment of the hike. :) The guide and porters were super friendly and helpful. Our guide knew a lot of stuff. He was very supportive and made sure that everyone reached the summit and that everyone was doing okay. The food was yummy - for breakfast mostly banana pancakes, for lunch and dinner- curry, noodles, rice. - also vegetarian options. The tents were spacious. We were able to rent jackets, shoes, head lamps and walking sticks for a reasonable price. Me and my friend were supposed to do the trip one week but we were ill and they were kind enough to move the dates of our trip to the following week without any problems. I would recommend booking this trip with this company bcs u will not regret. :) Terima kasih banyak ya! :)

Rinjani emotions😰😬😔😜🥰🤗 - Was fun, rough and tiring journey to base. Midway to summit, you actually need a lot patience, I lost my trail in the dark, only light is youe headlamp and then confusion ticks in if to continue or return. This is where your innerself matters. Stay compose and wait. Its light at the end of the tunnel. Hikers appeared. You are back! Next the final push at 45degree gradient, was even harder. Astonishing that our body still have the reserves to push on and make it up the summit. Wow!! Amazing view, thanking Rudi Agent, Frens and my wife for the support
